NovaFix repaired my iPhone 6. The glass was shattered and the LCD display was damaged. They did a seemingly good job, however 5 days later the LCD display was damaged again in the same exact location. I brought the phone back to NovaFix expecting the damage to be covered by the stores warranty. The clerk refused to fix the phone, saying that this type of damage is not covered by their warranty, and insisted I must of dropped the phone or banged it against something. This was not true, the phone was never dropped or did it received any major impact, between then and the time they fixed it. The only way they would fix my phone is if I paid another 130 dollars. I later took the phone to a different repair shop. When they took the phone apart they found a piece of glass under the screen, left behind during the previous repair. So when pressure was applied to this area of the screen, it punctured the LCD. The 2nd repair shop removed all the glass and fixed the phone for 30 dollars less. My experience with NovaFix, was inconvenient and a complete waste of 130 bucks. I will not be using their services again.

Came here over the summer to have my charging port fixed on Samsung Blaze. Called and received a quote of $55-60 (cant remember) and was told it may take a day or so to fix. That price was better than most competitors Ive seen plus alot of places werent sure how much until they had the phone in their hand. If you can purchase the Yelp deal which gives you $10 for $20. Its a small little shop on Chicago Ave. Bunch of young guys but dont let their age fool you, they know exactly what they were doing. When I arrived, I told the guy what was the problem and he remembered our phone convo. Told me to go ahead and leave the phone and then on top of that, gave me a loner iPhone while it was being serviced. 2 days later he called to inform me my phone was fixed. When I arrived, he plugged it for me and showed me the new charging port he installed. And it worked perfectly, almost brand new. He discounted the Yelp deal and phone worked perfectly after. Great guys and Excellent Service. Definitely No. 1 on my list if I have any future phone issues.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I took my Galaxy 6edge to these people and they charged me $215 and put a USED screen on my phone That had small scratches wich I wasnt able to see until I took off the cheap screen protector they put on top to cover the USED screen ! also the phone doesnt work like it used to the screen freezes and the color of the display is way off. I had to send my phone back to t mobile and pay $160 on top of the $215 I spent for the repair for a new phone. NEVER EVER WILL I GO TO NOVA FIX FOR ANY REPAIRS EVER AGAIN AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE NOT TO DEAL WITH THESE THIEFS EITHER !

Very friendly service! Went in to have the dusts under my iPhone 3Gs remove for $10 and Screen Protector for another $10. Even though, the screen protector itself costs $1 on eBay. It will probably takes a noob an hour to get it perfectly place on without any bubbles. Lets hope I dont have to go back again until another half year or more. The dusts will even comes back itself. It is very common for iPhone 3g and 3Gs to have dusts under the screen. Highly Recommended.

Great service! The screen on my iphone cracked and my digitizer broke saturday night and i needed my phone fixed by Monday. Thankfully NovaFix was open on Sunday! I had my phone fixed in less than 10 min, and also received a free screen protector . In addition, the office itself is very modern and the staff very welcoming and eager to help. I will definetly return here for any phone repairs needed in the future and recommend this business very highly.

I dropped my sons IPhone 4s and shattered the whole back of it. I called Nova Fix and was quoted a price. Once I arrived, the associate remembered me from our conversation earlier and fixed the phone in no time. I was in and out. The service was wonderful and so was the technician! Overall, I was very pleased and will recommend them to anyone! I must say, I am a VERY SATISFIED customer.

The guy opened my iPhone 6, fixed the loose antennae that was messing up my signal and wifi, closed it up good as new and didnt charge me a dime because it took just 2 minutes and he didnt add any parts. Unbelievable! Very kind and quick, and honest to fix my phone like that. Hats off to them. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

The employees are very nice. Both my digitalizer and screen were all cracked, and they fixed it at a decent rate. They didnt have the matching color of my phone, but I still went for it. They did a great job for less than most places would charge. Really liked their services.

Dropped my phone, shattered the screen and it wasnt registering any touch input. Found out about NovaFix, took the 66 bus down to the Ukranian Village, and was in and out of the shop within an hour. The guy told me the price up front and my phone works as good as new!

Basically you drop your phone or device off, some cool guy tells you itll be ready in 3 hours (I had a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus LCD/Glass repair), you return to pick up your phone, you pay, and walk out feeling like NAPOLEON DYNAMITE at his talent show!!!!

Very good place to go and fix your devices. All repairs are done at the reasonable price. This guys fixed my Macbook Pro and three weeks later they saved my phone after it was submerged into the water for a good 30min. Highly recommend.

I couldnt be more pleased. Cheerful service, can do attitude. It looks like a watchmakers inside. They replaced the screen on an iPhone 3 in no time. Hopefully I never need their service again but if I do I wont hesitate to return.

My Iphone 3Gs screen cracked, I try pretty hard to shop local, so I went to Novafix a few blocks from my house. Boy did it turn out nicely. The phone was out of my hands for maybe 7 minutes and it cost $40. Nice guys.
