I recently moved to Lakeview and was happy to discover Click Shoes. The store stocks a fun collection of shoes and I was able to find a couple of pairs that I love. I am giving the store a low rating because of the lack of customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes and was told that it would take up to 10 business days to arrive. After waiting for over two weeks to hear from the store, I went in to ask about my order. The employees could not find it! Given the length of time that had passed, I asked for a refund. I was told that I needed to speak to the owner. The owner called me the next day and said that she would follow up with their supplier to find out what happened to my order and get back to me in a couple of days. I did not hear back from her so I went back to the store. I could tell by the expression on the owners face that she was surprise to see me. She told me that the supplier (Clarks) sent the wrong size (10 1/2). I checked on Clarks website and the shoes that I ordered do not come in size 10 1/2. After over 3 weeks of waiting I finally got a refund and a half hearted apology. At the very least I would have expected the owner to offer a discount on another pair of shoes. The prices at Click are higher compared to chain stores given that it is an independently owned business and I am willing to pay but in return I expect to be treated like a valued customer that you would want to come back to your store again. Sadly I will not be returning to Click.

This is my favorite shoe store in Chicago, if not the world. I have spent thousands of dollars here over the last few years... but Im so glad. Click is the only store that I can and have spent 4 hours in just cause, especially on nights where the usual crew is working and the wine is out and plentiful. Their clothes are great as well. Lauren has completely redone my wardrobe, and Im so glad -- I feel much more confident with what Im wearing and my fashion options - and I owe most of that to them.

Amazing boutique shoe store in southport corridor!! Way way way way better than Loris on Armitage....they have amazing customer service (Lauren is the best)!! Fun selection on shoes for style, sass and comfort! Shoes for every lady and they have great clothing too!

I could not find a shoe that fit me here but it wasnt for lack of trying. Three different staff members spent a very long time going through box after box to try to help me. Kelly the manager was like an old family friend. Very helpful staff, very large selection.

I love it here. Great place to foster or start a shoe addiction. Unique shoes as well as the basics, but all with a focus on comfort as well. Ive got heeled shoes from here that I wear all day teaching. Staff is knowledgeable and so nice.
