The customer service was extremely rude. The workers have an attitude problem and stare at you from the moment you step into the store. They follow you around, to the point you feel uncomfortable to shop there anymore. Ive never been treated so rudely and disrespected by any establishment as much as this place. This store is a joke and an poor excuse for a shoe store. They lack character and dont know what costumer service means. This place deserves no service. I will never be going back and hope no one else does either. Because no one deserves the treatment these people offer.

I just gone down there today on 2/6/2012, and there customer service was terrible. P & Js did not have any shoes in my size, and every time they offered a sale the shoes were not that hot and still not in my size. The guy at the counter kept saying things under his breath. That was the worst shoe store experience I have ever had. I coming back tomorrow, and my experience is anything like this time then I going to flip them off and tell them where to shove it.
