WORST BUY" not Best Buy On November 25th, I bought a dish washer, microwave and dish washer installation kit. Sales person gave us December 10th between 8-12 for delivery date and said they will call when they are on their way. On Saturday December 10 at 8am they deliver the dishwasher but did not deliver the installation kit and the microwave (no one called). The delivery man said someone else is delivering the installation kit and your microwave later this morning. 12pm Saturday December 10th no showed up. i call best buy and after waiting on the phone for more than 30minutes they told to call the warehouse. I called the warehouse and after waiting for more than 45 minutes they told me that their system had a crash and there was a big mess up with the deliveries and they were unable to deliver the rest of my order to call the store back for more info. i called the store again and this time demand to talk to the store manager. Finally, i got through someone and after going back and forth about the installation kit that was missing this guy tells me to go to home depot and pick up this specific fitting. I lost my cool and i went bunkers on this guy. i paid for an installation kit that i dont need! Really! after several minutes of arguments magically they found an installation kit at the store. i had to pick up, not to mention that the contractor i had to install this charge me a fee to come back another day. Today is December 28th more than a month ago, and i have called almost every day to ask where is this microwave that I’m still waiting for and no one seems to know where it is all i get is " your order is on transit." at this point i have given up on these people and I’m not planning to buy from this store again. I have no words to explain how upset and angry I feel right now and the worst thing is that there is no other number that you can call to get things expedited. There is a customer service number but they werent any help. No one cares!!

I went to this best buy to get a remote start installed. When I made the appointment they took my car information and told me it would be 2hrs. When I got to the best buy I had to call the store and let them know I was waiting. I dropped my car off and left, with my 3 kids, to look at some other stores in the strip, came back 2hrs and 20 mins later (they said they would call when they were done and they had not called yet). When I asked about my car they said it would be another 1 1/2 hrs. I asked to talk to a manager and he told me that sometimes it takes longer. You dont want them to mess up your car, do you? He had seen it take up to 12hrs before. I said thats fine but why would you tell me its only going to be 2hrs then? I wouldnt have waited with my 3 kids under 5 if it was going to be more then 2hrs and I had to call a friend to get my other kid from school. The manager finally said well come find me when the car is done and Ill see if maybe I can give you a little money back. He didnt take any initiative to take care of it. He left it for me to try and chase him down with 3 kids. I didnt bother chasing him down. 2 days later the remote start stopped working I called best buy to ask if they were going to be busy in the afternoon and an employee told me it depended on how many people came in. I showed up and they told me it would be an hour before they could look at it. The guy who installed it was there and you would think that he would at least look at it for a min to see if maybe something was loose, but no. I had to make an appointment for the next day at 7pm. Heres to hoping I dont have to spent the night at best buy tonight!

Very terrible customer service. I bought a cellphone on 9/18/2017 and prior to me paying I asked the sale rep if there would be any restocking fee. Sale Rep inform me that there was NOT any restocking fee. Earlier today (9/20/2015) I went to return the cell phone that I bought less than 3 day ago and was told there was a restocking fee of $35. After explaining what happened to customer service what happened they look at me as if I was just making it up the story and just didn’t want to pay. I told her to check who was working on the floor and I gave her specific time and location of where I was. Best Buy always has multiple store cameras so it should not be a hassle to check film from 2 days ago especially if I’m giving you a specific time and location of where I was talking to the sales rep. I left Best Buy having to pay the restocking fee, but I did not want to let this store just take my hard earn money from me just like that. I ended up calling their 888 customer service number and after over an hour on the line and having to be transferred 3 different time to 3 different departments I was able to get a $35 Best Buy gift card. Would have like to get my money back but a gift card for the exact about will just have to do. I will be shopping at a different Best Buy from now on. This store is full of both inexperienced sales reps and customer services that can’t take the time to get a manager to talk to a paying customer. Buyers please take your business and hard earn money to a different store.

The staff is largely composed of people who look fresh out of high school that apparently have nothing better to do than look at you and have loss prevention follow you because you dont look like everyone else. I guess long pink hair, skinny jeans and converse shoes are cause for concern? My girlfriend and I were followed, harassed and made fun of by a large part of the staff for no reason made known to us. I bought a pair of Turtle Beach headphones on sale, normally $300, that I will return tomorrow based solely on the awful treatment we received. Ill spend the money I saved and the gift cards my mother gave me for Christmas elsewhere. This store does not deserve a dime if employees snicker and spy on you like sniveling children rather than treat you like a human being and a customer. * Apparently I cant return them because the rocket surgeon who checked me at the counter neglected to give me a receipt for my headphones. I didnt realize until now because I just wanted to get away from this place. I paid with gift cards so its impossible to look up the info and return them nor do I assume they would take the time to try. Fantastic... At least I wont have to deal with the snobby high school atmosphere and its staff a second time. I wish I read about this place and knew how poor it was before coming here. Im happy with what I bought still but this particular best buy does not deserve the sale. We were treated poorly and not helped even once. Only watched and pointed at. Avoid this store.
