This store either doesnt have a lot of the merchandise like the others do or the stokers really suck at their jobs. I also love the people that fallow me guess i look like a shop lifter especially when buying baby food and water i have no idea what i did to get that but its getting old im starting to shop at Meijers. But this is the one thing that has ticked me off with this place.... A few months ago i had to tell the young girl "who had to be in her teens" at the register that shes doing fine and to not worry that things will come easy to her soon with learning the register. It was her second day of work and her first job ever and the manager just yelled at her to go faster and to bag right just breathing down her neck. Now no one was behind me and i wasnt in a hurry. She was also going at a good speed so reason to yell at her. The manager wasnt happy with me telling her she was ok to not worry and told me to mind my own business. Well i used to work retail i know its scary at first and getting yelled at doesnt help, when i was promoted to manager i was always helping my cashiers out and talking to them in a reassuring tone if they were to mess up that its ok i was there to help them and show them how to fix the problem. I feel like they need to work on their people skills.

I am currently looking for a particular electronic here at the store. I am being helped by a wonderful young woman by the name of Star! She is going above and beyond in my quest to find this particular item. She is moving mountains for me! Ive NEVER experienced such quality customer service before! She was helpful, friendly, efficient, honest, & competent! You showed me genuine empathy when the product I was searching for was not in stock. You even checked other locations. Like a good lemming I return. Good prices and the stuff gennerally want. The check out lanes are insane. 15 deep at the automatic checkout and only half the machines open. Out of about the other 25 lanes, 1 lane was open and that was 10 deep. You may spend only 15 minutes to get what you want but you soend an additional 20 to 30 minutes to check out. I guess enough of us continue to return that there is no need to improve the service. Well, I am next in line i after standing in line for 20 minutes, they have just paged for 1 additional cashier. Just one. My turn its like waiting for school bell to ring. Not sad at all.

Horrbile customer service by Sophie. Was RUDE when asked a question was totally unhelpful then was texting on her phone when checking me out. She did not provide me with one of my bags so now i have to go back!! When i called mgr to complain she started hassling me saying she had to confirm i left my items. There was no apology for me having to go back or the rude treatment. In fact she was rude too. This store has really gone down hill since the merger and i can barely tolerate shopping there! I have spent 800 dollars the past 3 days and im tempted topack it all up and take it back and give my money to amazon!!

HORRIBLE store...do not shop here!! Every time I shop here there is always something wrong. Today, for example, I paid $3 extra for 1 hour photos and I received a confirmation email saying they would be done at a certain time. My husband went there 30 minutes past the time they were supposed to be done and sure enough they were not ready. Apparently the printer broke yesterday and no one bothered to fix it. They suggested we go to Walgreens but they had already charged us for them! This is the last time I ever shop at this Walmart. They are worthless!

I brought a new perpaid verizon phone from this walmart and a $15.00 prepaid card for the phone. The phone card didnt work, and i wasnt able to receive a refund from Walmart. I asked a couple of walmart employees about the right card and they advise me to get another card that didnt work also. No one at the service desk could help me. Im out of $125.00. No one even knew what to do or say. I honestly walked out of the store praying to GOD to give me a piece of mind and good spirit. I wont be doing business at that walmart anymore.

Marvin the customer "SUPPORT" Manager was very rude and unprofessional to me and my friends he treated us poorly spoke to us poorly and esculated the matter at hand verse desculating the situation! I understand and comprehend policy but if i am not aware of it and you do nothing to assist me how am i supposed to know! If he or the cashier asked for my I.D. there self as they are suppose to it could have been avoided! Really need to reconsider his postion or re-training him on customer SUPPORT!

The service at the deli is very bad the food is never ready. Especially the chicken fish and other varieties of food is never cooked on time even when you asked them to cook it the service is very bad Im not going back for chicken or other food at that Deli . It has been a bad experience for me for the last year-and-a-half someone needs to go to that Deli and get it straightened out thank you very much

Very poor customer service. wanted to spend $3400 on gift cards for our employees and was unable to purchase. Manager told me they would be ready at a certain time. Not done. Went in and waited 30 min in the customer service area. the person was paged 3 times to help me and never showed up. Very poor management from the top down. Would not recommend this store, I will go to another location

This place started to go down the drain until about 2 months ago. Maybe theres a new manager but everything had been repainted, remodeled and reorganized. Theres also self checkout now which is fantastic. Everything is clean and operational. Bravo new management!! Ive been coming here since it first opened, its nice when the employees remember your face and treat you like an old friend.

Place is a joke i ordered a dryer online,then they wouldnt give me it without a drivers license i had the card n several other ids issue by governments n still no , went back to yell at the person who cant read , but can quote store policy repeatedly , n someone else was there i asked for my dryer , he said oh its already up here , here you go WTF HAPPENED TO STORE POLICY THEN

Wow! Rude manager wouldnt even come to the phone. I was wantin to shop and get a few things for my truck. Was told I had a 30 minute limit or I would be towed. You know what there are other Wal-Marts. If you drive a semi. Ignore this location. They obviously dont understand they wouldnt have jobs if it wasnt for a trucker bringing in the merchandise.
