Dewitt Rule

There is an employee working here named Melvin who really knows his stuff! I went to this location about a week ago and he helped me to get my lawnmower (which wouldnt stay running), up and going for the season. Today I went in there for a diagnostic issue I was having with my work van, and again...he left me with some sound advice that helped me get my van back in working order. Its good to know that there are still people working in this industry who actually has real knowledge about the field. Customer service is alive and well at Autozone!

Worst Autozone Ive been to. If you need somthing not in stock, they never call you when it is in stock, They also make you pay for all ordered items in advanced, which im fine with, expect when the item never arrives, and they claim it was alrelady picked up. when you bring in used moter oil they make you carry it behind the counter to there recycleing area and dump it yourself.
