Representative stood behind counter conversating saw me standing there did not ask if I needed any help, continued with their conversation. Just changing my own oil figured I could find the oil and filter myself no book to help find filter required for vehicle. Googled filter required proceeded to checkout, two representatives one helping another customer one organizing tools looked up saw me continued organizing tools. Waited two more minutes sat down oil, took my business to Advanced Auto down the street.

Large stock, decent service if you fight for it. I placed my order online. I went into the store and was asked if I needed anything almost right away. My order was prepared, but I did not receive any kind of conformation email telling me to come pick it up.
