I usually never write reviews but the salesperson was so obnoxious. I needed to get a socket and wasnt sure of the size. Usually a salesperson will come out to the car to look, especially for a lady. He said he couldnt help me unless I know the size. I asked him to come take a look and he said no they dont do that. What a total prick! Great customer service, NOT!!

I received top notch service from a young man named Christian, who ran diagnostics on my car, helped me with my oil, and ended up saving me a great amount of money at the dealership. Its rare to find people who go out of their way to help you these days, and the employees at this AutoZone do that.
