I ordered a car battery with a discount you can only use when ordering on-line. Went to the store several hours later to find that my order had been cancelled. They didnt know why it was cancelled and refused to help me unless I bought the battery at full price. Needless to say, I will NEVER go to the store at 4213 North Belt W in Belleville, IL again. I feel a 1 star rating is very generous, but I had to pick a star.
