The gentleman working at 11 a.m. Saturday in the copy center was rude and unhelpful. We told him we needed immediate copies for a funeral this weekend and were told he could not guarantee the work would be ready when we needed it. His customer service skills are severely lacking and he would be better off stocking shelves than helping customers. He also seemed more interested in a personal conversation he was having than helping us. We are very disappointed and will not be patroning this location in the future.
