After trying several store in several days, I go to Office Depo in OKC off of I 240 to find a Kindermat. I go in and they do not have any but the man (do not know his name) was very helpful and checked online amd saw that the store in Midwest City , OK had 6. He called over there and talked to them. They said they did have some and asked for my name and would put it on hold for me. I gotl straight over there. That store said they didnt have any! And that they told the guy on the phone that they didnt. (I was right there when he was on the phone with the MWC store. I was VERY upset to say the least! I did tear up-I had been in and out of stores in the rain, with 4 young kids, and wasting gas just to find out someone had lied!!! I called the other store back and told him what happened and havent heard anything. Is this the way you really want to treat people? Send them on a wild goose chase and then for them to find that what was said wasnt true! Never again will I go into an Officd Depo store!! I am still mad about how I was done! No sorry...no explanation...nothing! There is no excuse for what happend!

I bought a dell laptop here. Turns out the dell laptop was awful. Never getting another dell. I had the laptop for 5 days. I downloaded Firefox to browse and when I go to take in the laptop back they say that since I downloaded something to the laptop they wouldnt take it back anymore. Thats not correct. Ive returned a dell laptop to bestbuy and they just clear the hard drive so thats not right. The management here is awful and not polite and will do anything they can to void your 14 day money back electronic guarantee. I just deleted what I downloaded and took it to another Office Depot and they returned it, and they didnt even open up the laptop. They just made sure the serial numbers matched. So these office depots either have double standards or they just try to get you on any technicality. Rude, unhelpful, completely awful management. Will never purchase another electronic from here again. Go with Asus from now on and purchase from Best Buy. Their customer service on electronics is way better and they have geek squad who actually know how to fix computers correctly.

Last time I visited the store that seem to be in a fair amount of disarray. There were enough end caps and sections of owls that were almost devoid of merchandise and if I didnt know better I would almost think the location was in the process of closing. Basically it look like a liquidation sale in places. In comparing this store location to Office Depot stores Ive visited in the Dallas-Fort Worth area this store is fairly subpar. I suppose if they have what youre looking for its convenient.

Went in to buy back to school supplies for my classroom. I asked about several items that had big signs with prices next to them but was told that it was not for the items. "It must have been moved". Sure. 4 items I wanted and all the signs were "moved". I will not go back and you shouldnt either.

One of those stores where the people that work there strangely care about what theyre selling. Went there for replacement wheels for my office chair and the guy gave me a ton of info of what to look for in good chairs.

Mark and all of the staff help me with all of my computer problems without laughing out loud at me! They also show me the best buy for the cost. Best-Buy, Staples can not hold a candle to Office Depot!!!!

This place always seems dead but its a pretty large store so I dont know how they manage to stay open for business. Great place for any office supply needs and sometimes I can find a good sale too.

best service ever!! was going to staples to get a laptop and they matched the price and gave it to me even cheaper after matching it. the guy that helped me gave me facts about different brands.
