There were at least 6 employees including the manager walking around the store. None of them asked if I needed help looking for what I needed. And I apparently needed help because I was walking around looking at signage trying to find what I was looking for. Every time I would walk towards one of the employees they would turn the other direction and walk away. Also, I have seen better restrooms in dingy gas stations.

God this place is depressing. Its like a warehouse for lost souls. The lighting is gross, prices are often mismatched and customer service.... well, I literally cannot remember even being asked if I needed help with anything. This store is a perfect example of how and why brick and mortar is a dying business.

Just terrible customer service. Got in at 8:45 (they opened at 8) and looked for ten minutes for someone, finally found a woman walking in but she said she needed to go sign in. She yelled for another worker who ignored her then got mad. Finally someone helped me and I got what I needed.

I specifically called before driving over asking about binding options. Ine of my questions was, "Can you punch through a hard cover to spiral bind it." Which they said yes to. When I got there, the first thing that the same guy said was, "We cant punch through a hard cover."

Went in to return a computer I had bought a day earlier that I had nothing but problems with the moment I got it home. Logan was a great help. Price matched a better computer with no problems what so ever. Great customer service! It was very appreciated. Thank you Logan!!

Parking lot is a madhouse, but we took advantage of the back to school tax free sale. It was appropriate pricing and quick access back to I-35.
