The worst customer service ever. My husband and I purchased a new printer with the replacement plan. We were promised by the sale associate that if in the event our printer did not work, that we were able to take back the printer and exchange it for a new one that worked appropriately. After four weeks we had a problem with the printer, it would go into hibernation mode and not come out and the only way to use it was to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it. My adult son took the printer back for me and was told returning the printer was a one time thing, we would have to purchase yet another replacement plan with the next printer. He then asked the manager to show him where it stated this in the replacement plan. She was unable to show him. Apparently the manager became irritated because she raised her voice quite loudly as she spoke to my son. Her loud voice and poor customer relations lost her three customers who walked out the door empty handed when she raised her voice. Obviously Office Max either hires individuals with loose morals that will lie to make a sale or they dont bother to train those they hire. Either way is spells disaster for the customer.

Purchased office supplies, computer, software, used copy shop. My experiences have been fine. Ive received good to very good service. The products purchased have worked properly. Ive found their prices to be better than competitive. When I buy more expensive items they sometimes have better prices than the warehouse club. The service from the print shop has been excellent.

There is a girl there now today that has a bad attitude every time I come there.She never had anything nice to say never thank you never smiles just a Mean person.she works in printing. She needs a job that doesnt work with the public because I dont think she likes her job.The guys are very good with their job

They usually have what I need even though the storybooks mostly empty. Its kind of walking through an abandoned warehouse where someone constantly follows you around asking questions. I cant tell if theyre trying to be helpful or if theyre stalking me. Its a little bit creepy.

The service is great. Employees are always friendly and willing to help, but they usually only have 1 MAYBE 2 people working. So expect a wait. So if you are patient its all good.

Most of the stuff is overpriced compared to Walmart. Paint on the ceiling is chipping.
