When this store first opened, it was great. But over the years, it has gotten worse and worse. Every time I go in there, there are different people working there than before because of the high turn over. Because I live so close, sometimes I either have the choice to go there for the two items I need or drive out to Walmart. The last time I was in there, I got a watermelon that was so obviously frozen before, I got an expired candy bar, and expired egg roll wraps. You will not see one person smiling who works there. I work in customer service and we are told we must smile and have small talk with every customer to keep them because they can go somewhere else to get what they want. If we are nice then we have something the competition doesnt. They do not smile at this Super 1 Foods. They wont even look you in the eye either, they just want get you out of there and it is obvious. I also used to get Money orders there. I used my debit card to purchase them because they never said otherwise. A month later, I went to get another from the same man who did it the last time. He told me I could not use my debit card and whoever did it last time shouldnt have. He asked me who did it last time for me and since I did not want to embarrass him in front of the line behind me I said I didnt remember. (In hindsight, I should have just said it, because he was rude) Location wise, they are good. Everything else? I might just start going to Walmart 15 minutes out.

The store is clean, the staff is very helpful and courteous, and while the prices are slightly higher than that of most major chains such as stores like Wal-Mart, its worth it to me because Im helping to support our local communities when I shop here since not only are they locally owned, but the owners have always been very good about helping out & donating to various causes around are immediate area that are in need. Plus, Ive really been noticing lately, that their prices have been coming down a lot, so much so, that often times theyve even beat some of the bigger chains pricing. Super 1, a good store, thats good to our community!

Decent prices and good variety, but you cant buy fresh produce and raw meat at the same time. Between my wife and I, we have complained to the managers at least a dozen times about them bagging meat and produce together and nothing changes. Today and every time going forward that my produce and raw meat are put in the same bag (seems to be every time) I will be reporting it to the health department. This only happens at the Rathdrum location, and they couldnt care less about proper food handling procedures and regulations, even when its pointed out in black and white countless times. Very disappointed.

I really enjoy shopping at Super 1 Foods - they have several stores in the area: Rathdrum, Post Falls, Coeur dAlene and Hayden. I enjoy all of them - the consistency and quality is always there. I REALLY appreciate that they have incorporated the healthy food sections and are open to my suggestions for new products to carry. Thank you for being local for me!

Good service. A big store with a nice deli and dining area. Also offered is a pharmacy, bakery and movie rentals. This location does not have a Redbox or floral department just a case of fresh flowers near produce. Lacking selection on some items so if youre looking to cook an exotic recipe you may not find all your ingredients here. Prices are fair.

Weve been shopping here for two years and are very happy with the service. Everyone is helpful and nice. Weve never had to wait too long in line. If you go during peak hours, it doesnt matter where you shop you are going to have to be patient because there are going to be lines. The staff here are always smiling even during the busy hours.

Good ole neighborhood grocery store in a good ole town. Great stuff at the deli. They have a very large selection of salads as well as the usual stuff. Most of the staff at Post Falls Super 1 are the best people in town! I like this store a lot and preferr it over most all others within shopping distance. Ill be back!

Been going since day 1 and always get great service even if I have to wait a few minutes. Before they opened steins was the only local market and talk about bad produce and meat and really bad customer service, Im sorry but if you dont want lines go to steins, there never busy. Love super 1

The store itself is great - especially with the new layout. And their steal for soft-serve ice creams cones makes it worthwhile to stop in for even a moment. However, it is still a relative toss-up as far as what youll get for customer service. But... that seems to be most places nowadays.

This is one of those discount super markets that almost feels like a warehouse market but still holds onto the personal/local market feel. One of our favorite parts is the soft serve ice cream which is a real treat on a warm day.

If you havent tried the deli here you are missing out. A baked potato and a small drink for $3. 2 corn dogs and a drink for $3, great stuff. They frequently have great sales and the employees are all friendly and VERY helpful

I always have a pleasant experience here. The people in produce always greet me while I shop. Checkers are friendly, meat department is friendly and always helpful. The meat department has the best quality and prices!

Go to iga the service at super 1 is the worst in n idaho and price 4 what you get is 2 much $6 for a 12 pack of Pepsi wth $10 for Tillamook Cheese very rude management

Mediocre service in horribly high prices unless you strictly stick to their advertised super sales. I see better average and non-sale prices at gas stations locally.

Lines can take a bit, but good friendly staff. Good prices. There is also a machine at the front doors for recipes for the night you have a food block haha.
