If I could give them zero stars I would. I had no idea today when I entered the Hayden Walmart that they had been replaced by a Costco... I purchased two items which will be my last purchase ever from that store. A $3.37 roll of duct tape and a $4.43 bag of kitty litter... I was the only person in line on register 17 and was in & out in a jiff (yay considering the normal 30 min wait in line)... While walking out the door, I was accosted by the "greeter" whom was not wearing a name tag. It was then that she demanded to see my receipt.... Excuse me? This is Walmart... Not Costco. I paid and I do not have to verify my $8.00 purchase was indeed paid for to get out the door. I was the only person asked (period) although I was not the only person exiting the store. I did not set off the sensors or alarms. I only had two items and my purse. I was completely offended by the way I was treated. The manager when called on the incident was unable to comment and when speaking to a manager on another shift I became too irritated by his condescending tone and remarks to continue the conversation. I am most certainly NOT a theif and further more would NEVER risk my freedom over $8.00 worth of tape and kitty litter. If this Walmart truly needs to check receipts at the door, I think that they have bigger problems then potentially stolen tape and litter. Its a shame that they handled the situation so poorly as now I will be sharing my BAD EXPERIENCE with everyone I know or get the opportunity to talk to. Two huge thumbs down and negative five stars for the Walmart that thinks its Costco.

At Walmart in Hayden, ID, COMMON SENSE HAS LEFT THE BUILDING! This Walmart has enacted a new policy that requires anyone in the party who is buying beer to have a valid ID. Apparently, it is not enough for a white-haired 64-year-old man to purchase beer with a valid ID. We were told that I, a 50 year-old woman standing next to my husband, would also be required to show a valid ID, and since I didn’t bring my purse, we were denied the purchase. So, anyone purchasing beer must buy it ALONE, with no spouses, children, friends, or acquaintances near the checkout stand if they are not 21 years of age with legal ID on them. In other words, beer, wine or any other alcohol purchasers must shop solo and leave the family in the car. JUST SHOP SOME SOMEWHERE ELSE. WHERE’S THE COMMON SENSE?

I have been cashing my paycheck at this same Walmart every two weeks for over 7 mouths with it saying the exact same thing my name has a - in it and all of a sudden they will not chas it because my Id does not I have a social security card that said one name and Id said the other my name is in there computer and my social security number but will they cash it now nope well thats ok I will no longer do any business at all here I will shop at other stores or drive out of my way to a different Walmart the supervisor there that I talked to talked to me like I was stupid and was super rude so the store I used to go to everyday will no longer get any business from me my husband or any of my other family

Once again trying to buy a TV same issue that happened with my attempt happened here! Seriously, can this be a standard that Walmart has for their business?? If you offer a "Pickup Today" service keep you inventory accurate! Not only did the exact same issue happen where I ordered and within an hour of going to pick up the TV my order changed from "Pickup Today" to 1/11... But true to form no apology no concern... Again... Ill buy my TV some place else and be happy paying a little more to get better service.

I have lived in several different states and of all the WalMarts that I have experienced this WalMart in Hayden, albeit, new... is the worst laid out for any type of logical continuity! The shelves, especially in Grocery and Pet Dept are seldom kept completely stocked and they lack many of the common products found in other WalMarts! Many of the employees get a high rating in rude if you should ask for help in finding something! Just the Truth here!

They failed again to give me all my bags. Had to go back, checker said she didnt have it. Then had to stand in a long line at customer service. She went to register abs the checker failed to look around thoroughly the first time. However, the customer service rep found it. This is not the first time and if its not enough the checkers are amazingly slow. This gets two stars for the customer service rep...otherwise itd be one star!

My experience was horrible. I waited 30 minutes for someone to help and they ended up helping one person and just completely ignored me. So I didnt wait around, I instead left. Went outide and saw all the employees outside smoking and laughing. Makes so much sense why I only saw 2 Walmart people inside. This is why everyone likes target way more. You guys are cheap and so are your employees. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

This store is CONSTANTLY running out of things, just about every dept. And they have a serious problem with reordering when something is out. I can go there at least once or twice a week for a month or more, and the thing or things that I need are still out!! Maybe its time to hire someone who knows what the heck is going on and knows how to properly fill a par to keep items stocked and on hand at all times??

I bought a pair of boots for my husband on mothers Day and they basically started seperating between the leather and the rubber about a week ago. I just moved and can not find the receipt. Being a roofer the boots already look bad but the manager was very understanding and exchanged them for something entirely different.. Thank you.

One of the cleanest stores in the area, but - typical of Wally World - the customer service is crapshoot (and this store has one of the most unfriendly elderly greeters I have ever seen). Also to note is that compared to the two other stores nearby, this one is smaller and more limited in stock as a result.

Worst pharmacy ever....out of meds 3 times running. Call ahead to make sure in stock....drive 100 miles told no stock on hand. When I made a scene they find the medicine right away. Staff are nasty/mean I had to explain the use of the medicine to them....not exactly confidence inspiring. Dont shop here.

So Im traveling America in my truck and I stopped here a few days to repack and sleep. They have a great community of campers and Wal-Mart doesnt seem to mind, seeing as they have signs saying designated rv camping spots. Just make sure not to over stay youre welcome :)

A very busy location with a very large variety of choices. There never seems to be enough places to check out, but the self check out stations tend to be faster than the traditional check outs. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a bit of a funnel as well.
