I really like the selection this store has to offer. They have a lot of cool clothes and some neat household stuff at prices you rarely find anywhere else. Check items for quality as there really isnt a good consistency in that department... One blouse will be in great condition and will last you a lifetime... the one next to it will have buttons falling off in a week. But that really is just the nature of the type of store that it is so just keep it in mind and buyer beware. They keep it pretty clean although the shelves are often pretty cluttered. I would also like to mention that the atmosphere of the place is a bit, um, Im not sure how to say.. intimidating? They must have a problem with shoplifting because they have very strict security and even when you arent *(and never would) doing anything wrong they make you feel like they think you are... But really that is just indicative of the popularity of the store that they have to be like that I guess lol.

I like Ross stores in general, but I have long avoided this particular location (even though its the closest one to home) because every time I did go in there it seemed dirty and understaffed, with long lines and items in disarray. I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to brave it again recently - the store was tidy, lines were well-managed, and the overall experience was much more in line with what I expect from a Ross store. Kudos to local management for really turning it around.

Only store I know that makes their customers go back and get all the hangers in the dressing room. You can go to any department store, leave clothes and hangers and they go back and get them. You dont hang clothes back on the hanger if your keeping them. Then your hands are full carrying them out and they want you to go back and get the hangers, really?? Besides the fact that its time to update the store.

Just left Ross and felt a need to acknowledge the great service given by Andee the sales associate. As soon as I entered I was immediately greeted by her and she clearly explained process for return and exchange and during checkout she was friendly and efficient. She made me feel very valued and I cant wait to shop there again because of her. Thanks so much for hiring someone like Andee.

We go shopping all the time and havent really had someone as friendly and helpful as Andee was with us. From the moment we walked in, she was in the sales associate equivalent of THE ZONE. Made sure we were helped and understood where to go with our return. Then when we did our exchange, and she took it to the next level of kindness. Prompt, precise, and proper. Ross is one of my favorite places to shop. It is easy to spend a lot of time there because the experience is like a treasure hunt. Ross is a great place to look for clothes, home decor, kitchen accessories, and more. A store where you can find great deals on name brands.

There are some pretty good things to be found here. If youre going at even a moderately busy time of day just be prepared to wait in line for a while because the service is kind of slow. But the people who work there are usually somewhat friendly.

Store is always a clutter. Things are thrown on the floor or in the wrong section. Dressing rooms dont have locks and are dirty. Prices are the only good thing. They need more cashiers on the weekends.
