Pesima experiencia!! La cajera me cobro una pieza dos veces y si yo no me hubiera dado cuenta me voy habiendo pagado de mas, cuando le dije me dijo que iba a cancelar todo y que me regresaria inmediatamente mi dinero a mi cuenta, cosa que no fue asi y hasta despues de hacer todo el movimiento me dijo que hasta dentro de 10 dias me regresaban mi dinero a mi cuenta!! No es posible que tengan este ripp de empleados laborando, lo dejan a uno con ganas de no volver nunca

The item that I specifically went to Marshalls to purchase did not have a price tag on it, I told the cashier and also told him how much I had paid for the TWO of the same item I had purchased only days before. The cashier none-the-less made me wait a total of ten minutes before returning with an incorrect price. When I told the guy the price, he said it sounded correct and I had to wait another five minutes for him to locate an item that had the correct price so he could make a tag. The cashier did not apologize for my having to wait, and when I asked if I could have a discount on my total because of this slow service he was rude and said no. The cashier was completely disconnected from the fact that I could legitimately be aggravated by the situation. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this Marshalls again.

I wish i could give 0 stars for this store. I had a horrible experience with this store. The Associate "Claudio Moreno " was probably the worst costumer service person that i have experienced in my life .She was extremely rude and racist toward me and even the manager couldnt control her and even the manager which was an asian lady with curly hair didnt try to problem solve the situation.Claudio people like you should not be costumer service job and ruining the day of the costumers and damaging the sales of the store.As i researched online and talked to costumer service , Richard should be the name of the store manager, Im asking him to seriously consider the employment of "Claudio Moreno" in that store because the kind of behavior that i got today from her is totally unacceptable and unprofessional .

Went in yesterday evening at about 6:30 p.m. on a Thursday nite. There was no one save maybe a security guard who was restocking shoes to help me. The only people on the floor were restocking. I asked one of them about womens tights to wear under a dress and they looked at me like I was speaking greek and said it would be "over there" if they had any. No one bothered to even go and help me look. The security guard gave me the managers store number to call today, and when I did and asked to speak to a manager another female employee came on the line, giggling, and said the manager was not there and to call back on Saturday afternoon. Totally unprofessional, unhelpful and a waste of your time!

I love Marshalls, the store is always clean and organized. You are always able to find everything you need easily. To the person below my comment, John, I dont see why you would think you would get a discount for having to wait. If the tag wasnt on the item they have to go look for the same/similar item to ring it up. Did you really think they would just give it to you for whatever price you said it was? I feel like that employee was not paid enough to deal with you. You are right, dont go back, it will help everyone else out.

f you buy named brand clothing at retail price...youre either pretentious, unpatient or really stupid. Im betting on the latter if you dont get your impulse shoppin on at Marshalls. Ive never been dissapointed with anything Ive bought. They have my chucks for cheap. They have a decent jean and t-shirt selection. You cant beat the price. Now, I usually do my clothing purchases at Buckle because I love the brands, but when the budgets tight...I go to Marsh! Booooom!

Im not usually a Marshalls shopper, but went here to find an item I needed and was staying nearby. This has got to be the best Marshalls store in the entire chain! Merchandise was cleverly and neatly displayed, and they had a huge selection of items in every department. If you are in the area, dont miss this shop for bargains on name brand merchandise. Super friendly staff, the management is doing something right!
