I like to think of this store as a gamers paradise, it has great prices for great games, the people are friendly, ive been going there for only a little while and i already feel like this store is a home away from home for me. They are more reasonable for buying games from you than any other video game store, for example, i went to gamestop to refund a game that was factory-condition, never been opened, it was a nine dollar game. Gamestop wanted to give me one dollar for it, while i got at least five at Max Video Games. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience, and for giving me hope that there are still good people and good game stores out there.

today i met the main man, the store owner. he had seen my review and saw that my luck with a few things were not the best. we talked in person for a while and he apologized, was very respectful and helped me out. the man has my utmost respect and he is an outstanding guy. if i could give more than 5 stars i would because it is rare to come across owners that take the time to personally deal with their customers, he was mowing his lawn and drove out to the store to meet me and talk to me about my misfortunes. i can not recommend this place enough to anyone and if you ever have the luck of talking to the owner do so!

This is my feedback and things I think the place could use. The selection of what they have is decent, I can sometimes find harder stuff depending on price. Though the selection is something that should keep the average gamer happy. The store is nice with a decent selection, pricey though Im shocked at some prices sometimes. They do deals sometimes, some I dont always agree with. Prices could be fixed, & I feel like they could really use an adjusting to their deals. Id say if youre near the area theyre worth checking out and seeing if you have luck.

Awesome!!! I have never had such an easy party. The staff are GREAT. So if your kids, teens, or more enjoy playing video games you should check them out. The prices are reasonable. They have a huge 60" tv and 8- 40 " ones. They have all the game systems, even retro ones :) If you see a game you want to play it takes them no time to switch it up. We brought the pizza, cake, and drinks. The kids had so much fun!

Thank yall for helping me to find cerant games even though some werent in Stock I really love this store some times my dad doesnt have much money or needs some for food I really dont care about that their my favorite game store Im glad their wii games a cheaper than game stop ones I got this baseball game for the wii and l saw one at game stop 2 years ago and it was like $43.00 and the one I got here was $23.00

This is hands down THE BEST GAME STORE EVER!!! Kyle, JT, Tanner, and all the guys make sure to take care of us!! Best customer service ever. Only had an issue once and the owner called me personally to make sure the issue was handled. We go here a lot for Atari, Nintendo, Xbox, Playstation, and many other games as well as accessories and advice on gaming. Can not say enough good things about these guys!!

Max video games has a very large selection and friendly employees! Prices are reasonable and everything comes with a 30 day free return warranty. I definitely recommend Max video games for anyone that loves Classic/ Retro games and modern games.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, with a large inventory. If they dont have a particular title in stock theyll mark it down and give you a call the moment it comes in stock. Ive bought several games here and will continue to do so.

This place used to be Play N Trade across from Etowah High School, but since moving and getting a name change, Max is supremely upgraded. More classic consoles, bigger selection and a party/game room to rent for private events.

The only video game store I go to, very helpful staff and excellent selections. They also do repairs and service equipment and consoles. Their prices are reasonable and the knowledge about systems and games is fantastic.
