Went to buy a gaming system, asked for someone to help unlock the case to get the system and ect, stood around for half an hour while the guy fumbled around looking for someone else to help. Then after I bought and took everything home, I began to set everything up only to find out that the systemperature was filthy dirty, covered with dust and who knows what else. Pluged it all together and the disk tray wouldnt open... took everything back to get another one. Was told that everything is inspected and cleaned before being put on the shelf. Clearly not the case but none the less was given the runaround instead of just returning the system the same day with the receipt. I was finally able to get another one got it home and plugged everything together and the cables didnt work. So I returned for the third time to Entertainmart yet again to wait around another half an hour for someone to help me. Instead of just giving my money back and they insisted that I get another system and games so I did after four and a half hours and three trips to Entertainmart and $120 later I finally got what I was looking for. I will never return or shop here ever again terrible customer service terrible products.

I walked in to get a coffee and saw the barista walk in after me from smoking and noticed that he went immediately to helping a customer without washing his hands. I was disgusted so instead I went to go view the book selection. As I was leaving I noticed that the same barista was messing with the trash and again did not wash hands after. I will not come back to this establishment.

Cant return a broken movie or game they will charge you a rental fee (3.99) on a 3.99 movie which is crazy . And also they will charge to buff the disc you buy from them (2.99) if it does not work go on amazon or eBay to buy movies that you cant find anywhere else. The manager is rude told me to shut up because she was talking to my mother.

Its not the same as Hastings, but it does have a decent selection of stuff. Will NEVER replace Hastings. Nothing will replace Happy Trails to you at closing time. Rip Hastings. BTW, where is Indian Jim Glen Taylor? I hear him on the Rev fm advertising for entertain mart but never see him.

I am really enjoying this new store. The customer service is first rate. Each time Ive been they have been happy to help me with what I am looking for. The store is neatly kept and organized to help manage the diverse inventory they offer. The coffee shop is an added bonus to enjoy!

Used to be a Hastings. Love this place and so does my girlfriend and daughter! Awesome verity of products for gamers, musicians, audio files, movie fanatics etc.. the coffee shop is a total plus! Water, Gatorade, monster, soda, coffee, Fraps, cookies etc. What more do you need!!

This store used to be Hastings, but its mostly the same sort of stuff with a new name. I like that they have new and used books mixed together on the shelves. They have a lot less musical equipment than when it was Hastings, which is too bad.
