The employee named AMANDA refused to exchage my xbox with my extended Warrenty she did NOT know what she was doing, she must be new because she seemed confused. She then left me to make a call and came back with some bs excuse why she couldnt exchange it but LUCKY me I went to the Gamestop on university and they were AMAZING, smiling, not questioning my return as if it was intentional and keeping great conversation. They quickly swapped me out for a new xbox with a FREE one year Warrenty AND I GOT BACK 10 DOLLARS due to a promotion!!! I guess Im glad amanda was useless or I wouldnt have been able to experience the amazing service of the other store!! Once home, SO HAPPY, I decided to call and let amanda know of her mistakes and hopefully she realizes she needs more training and takes my criticism to heart.=) xo UPDATE I was contacted by corporate and they took care of me Im very please with the response I received and I thank game stop I will continue coming here!!

Hands down the best gamestop Ive been to. They helped me with everything I needed. On the Diablo release night they had someone run out to my car to give me a number for the midnight release since I couldnt wait in line. Super impressed by these guys.
