This has to be tested worst gamestop in the whole franchise and I have been buying from gamestop for over 10yrs. The manager Chris is rude and very disrespectful. Its actually pathetic that they have such a store manager who doesnt care for or about customers at all. He was very hostile on the phone conversation, they sold me the wrong game and told me to come back and exchange it for the right game but when I called back the Manger Chris told me no he would hive me $5 store credit etc etc. Then he told me to be quiet and listen when I was explaining my story and continued to say shut up. I asked for the district manager info but he refused to get it after I asked and offered to be put on hold this store Is a joke and really an embarrassment to the franchise and other managers. Someone needs and has to do something about the unprofessional druggies here.its sad. Cigarette buds in front of the place,customers slow and over needs to be shut down

I tryd to call this gamestop 15time yesterday to asked if they had a copy of Madden in stock but no one picked up. So when I got off of work I went to the store and told them I was trying to call before I came and the clerk say they was busy. So I played like I was shopping and called the store and no one was in the store and the clerks just ignored the phone!!! Hell naw. I didnt. Say nothing I.just wont shop there no more

Wanted a new ps4 game that was on sale for 14$ He saod he only had used which was 24? Told me he would give me sale price.. lie! Then he said i could not return the used one ever... lie I went to game stop in camp creek, the REAL sales guy returned thr used game & game me a new one. Brand new plus $14 back... Kinda makes you wonder??

Yesterday I tried to call this GameStop about 10 times before I left work to see if they had a copy of portal 2. They never picked up there phone. When I got in the store I decided to call em and see what happened. Phone next to the clerk rings and she just ignores it. WTF

Never picking up the phone when it rings. Never having the right amount of games on stock. A black guy thats suppose to be the manager never does his job.. always find everything funny and never takes anything serious.

They will sell u a brad new game for 60 bucks. An will return it open for 20 even with a receipt. But will sell u a use copy for 55 and will return it full price no receipt...tf i midas well buy all my games use.

They get robbed very frequently. Gamestop corporate does nothing to keep their employees safe. I know their workers on a personal level and its ridiculous that. Their coporate does absolutely nothing.
