So this is mostly a complaint about your employee working Saturday, April 22. His behavior was highly unprofessional and quite immature. Now this could be due to the fact that he is only 17 (by his admission), but that should not be an excuse, nor should it be acceptable at a place of business. To start, his lackluster and demeaning attitude got us started off on the wrong foot. As newbies to the paintball experience, we wanted to know if we should do the low- or high-impact rifles, to which the employee replied, “Well, low-impact is for little girls.” He gave no further description, so we chose the high-impact. My friends and I began playing and had put in some good time before a solo customer came in. As he was by himself, he kindly asked if he could join our game. At this point, the employee also injected himself into the game. He was dressed in long-sleeves, baggy pants, and arm pads, the more appropriate gear for high-impact. He had failed to mention to us that most people wear protective clothes for high-impact (we had short sleeve shirts and shorts). What really ticked us off was that he trivialized the low-impact and then joined our game wearing more protective layers than us and without really letting us give our consent for him to join. After another family with small children arrived, he switched to join their game. At some point, the kids strongly voiced their displeasure at the employee joining their low-impact game. We heard one of the children say, “Please, no.” And a couple of the other kids refused to play altogether because of the employee. To which, this employee said, “It’s okay, I’ll just run circles around you.” I don’t know if the children could understand how demeaning this was, but if the children had told him “no” and refused to play because of him, that should’ve been hint enough. But the employee did not demonstrate any level of maturity or professionalism. Scaring your customers out of playing is unacceptable. And the biggest issue we came across was a huge safety concern. During one of the few rounds he didn’t grace us with his presence, he began shouting distracting phrases at the referee. This included phrases such as, “I’m out,” “Stop!” and “I surrender.” No other employee seemed to deem this inappropriate and let him carry on. When one of our players asked him to stop, he seemed to genuinely not understand that what he was doing was distracting and disruptive and instead tried questioning the player during active play. Overall, we found that this employee and the response of other employees to be unprofessional and lacking the customer service needed for a beginner and family-friendly paint-ball location. But hey, maybe only having professional players is the vibe you’re going for. But maybe you will want to market your place differently then. But what most definitely needs to happen is for that employee to be trained on proper customer service and just etiquette in general. He made the overall experience a bad one with his unapologetic and immature attitude.

I have been playing at Wildfire since I was about 8 Years Old. I grew up playing there with Will, Adam, Phat Playa, Jamie Enloe, Scott Williams, Eddy, and a lot of other great guys and girls. They are always friendly and helpful. I am a Budget Tournament Paintballer that plays out of Wildfire, and they are always accepting of my Budget, and willing to help me out. Will is an excellent gun tech if you have a leak or break in your gun take it to him. Also the Store Hours for Friday are a little off The Field is Open from 4PM - 10PM Last Call is at 9:45 PM. Madison and Conyers are Great Fields too. Conyers is an outdoor field for Wildfire off of 138 and is an ok field. Back in the day when I was about 9-12 I would go play at Conyers in the Fall when they still had a Hyperball and X Ball field. The current Field layout for the Indoor is Hyperball mixed with a few Speed ball bunkers thrown around randomly. The layouts for Conyers are Conquest on the close side of Field 1 and Hyperball on the Far side, and Field 2 is a Spool Field. then there are 2 woods ball fields. Madison is a Private Field only open by Reservation and for Tournament Play/Practice only. The Speedball field is for Tournament players Only. The rest of the property goes into the woods and opens out into an open field that is Hyperball. I love playing at wildfire since there are no fields in Winder/Athens Area since DGS and Monroe Works Shut Down. Overall this is one of the best places to play at in Snellville and Conyers. Prices are a little High but its worth the money. Staff are aceptionally nice with the Exception of Tatum ( Short Annoying Girl that always complains every 5 minutes) I would recommend going on Fridays,Saturdays, and Sundays as being Fridays they are open until 10PM and Saturdays/Sundays you will see more Tournament geared people and people with higher end guns ( there own gear)

Have only had dealing with a phone call with Wildfire Paintball. So dont take this as a visit review. But for all the people wanting to know I will post my opinion here. --- I have been playing paintball for coming up on 7 years now. I am no tournament player, but do play on a consistent basis. I have played in 4 different states, participated in some major events, and have paid all my dues where the money is concerned for this sport. WILDFIRE PAINTBALL!!! is the most expensive and overpriced field I have ever spoke with. Not only can I not bring my own preferred paint, but they dont give me any options to pick from when I buy from them. And even more over, the one grade of paint that is stocked is a custom blend $40.00 a case paint. Which they sell for 79.99. Wait, something doesnt add up here... Very disappointed. So basically it comes down to this. A sport I have spent thousands on, is now asking me to spend close to 200+ dollars every time I come play. Thats silly. Actually thats terrible, and insulting. For anyone wanting to look into WILDFIRE paintball. Search elsewhere. There are plenty of friendly, good paintball courses out there that wont charge u hundreds of dollars to play. If they had zero stars. I would post it.

Ridiculously overpriced. As a tourney player, I know what paintballs cost at warehouses. Even the most expensive paint (Empire EVIL) only costs $22 per box of 2000. They are selling the cheapest paint possible, "GI FIELD" at $80 per box, which regularly sells for roughly $13 per box. Charging your customers a whopping 600% overhead is absolutely ridiculous. People are finding out very quickly what this sport really costs, and are getting tired of businesses like Wildfire who attempt to rip people off who arent educated in the sport. 1* would never recommend Wildfire. Go to Nitro instead where they charge realistic paint prices.

Wildfire paintball surprised me! I had taken my son to Safety Wolf. Unlike Safety wolf where is was nasty and the ref was rude to people, at Wildfire they were friendly worked with my short budget and worked with the players to form teams and ensure everyone was safe on and off the field. Their facility was perfect because it started raining and at their Snellville location the field is located indoors. I would defiantly recommend Wildfire paintball my son said it was the best birthday he ever had. Thank you Wildfire! KyleM!

The action, adrenaline rush, and the fun times describe the fun feelings of being at this indoor field. As long as you follow the rules the staff are highly professional and cater to your needs. Its a good place for one time players, beginners, intermediate, and pro players. The offer a good selection of guns to purchase of rental guns to use with a very large indoor field for a very good price.I recommend going on a Friday or Saturday night where there are more people and its more lively.
