The store at South Cobb Dr. used to have friendly service, a generous exchange policy for aquarium animals and really good prices. For my little home-zoo of dogs, cat, hamsters and fish I spend time and money on a regular basis at that market. Unfortunately management has change lately and the new store manager is obviously a very unfriendly person. Not only that she cannot explain store policies in a concise manner, she also is so customer focused, to walk away, leaving the customer standing in the shop by him/herself. Well it seems that the company really must have changed policies, now hiring more economical human resources with a responding degree of talent for customer service. My family and I will have to shop now in different pet supply store, where my spending is accepted in a more welcoming manner.

AWESOME! I left Petsmart for these people. They are SO nice! They are always willing to help and dont just walk around and pretend you arent there when you are staring at a shelve for 15 minutes. They have a photo contest, and perks where you can get a bag of dog food for free after you buy so many, I think its your 10th bag thats free. I love that they have those doggy cookies, and treats right at the check out, so I know they havent been sitting in a bag for forever. The only dog food store I buy from!

Great selection of animal products. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I buy the 40lb bag of dog food and someone is always offering to take it out to my car for me. The prices are comparable to the bigger retail chains, but they dont have the sales. You can sign up for their members card which offers savings like, "buy 8 bags of dog food a year and get the 9th free" (dont quote me on those numbers, but the deal is valid).

This store is out of this world, the Co-workers are super nice and will stop what they are doing to help you. Every time my wife or I go in there they are all smiles and greet us my our name. If anyone goes in there feeling down or sad you wont be for long, they will put you in a better mood. They have awesome customer service skills and it really shows that they care. Other pet stores should take lessons from this store.

The store manager here is terrible. Shes rude not customer friendly at all... this store has turned me against all pet supermarket. I will never shop here again. They sold me the wrong food for my pet I brought from them and when I tried to return it after speaking with the corporate office (gave me the green light for return) they still refused to return.

This place is really convenient and they seem to have a good selection of stuff for big dogs (the only thing we were shopping for). The staff was helpful the one time I had to ask for helped and were excited to meet my dog. Its close enough and they have enough stuff I will probably sign up for their rewards program, I believe it gets a discount.

We loooovvveeee this place !!! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. We literally spent 2 hours in there talking to the staff and playing with the animals. Special shout out to Joe who gave me a jump when my car died..you are awesome !! The entire staff rocks !!! My daughter even named her new doll after Janecce ;)

Went in today and the guinea pigs had zero water. Many of the other small animals had almost no water left. An employee filled their water when I pointed this out, but they should never go without. They were squealing loudly for water. Not ok! Pay attention people. The animals cannot ask you for help.

We first visited the store to purchase a betta fish for my grandson. The young lady that assisted us helped us pick the right tank, supplies, told us how to change the water, answered all of our questions and helped us checkout. I love the attention she us.

I received completely wrong information about some products I purchased there. The product (sweater) did as I expected and as noted on the box. I was repeatedly told by the employee it would hurt my dog. No way, dog loves it.

Everyone was very helpful and customer friendly. Sure food is going to be expensive if its the best food on the market. Also, a vet comes in four times a month for cheaper vaccinations. Overall, a good place to shop.

This place is way over price! Youll end up spending 50% more compared to online retailers. Sales associates will attempt to upsale you merchandise and other nonsense you didnt come in for.
