Come here frequently, I dont need the attitude from the girl when I want fish . She complains every time I come and takes her sweet time . We now avoid her like the pleg because the customer service from her is miserable to say the least . Then if she really doesnt want to get you something she hounds you about your tank size . I reply with I have multiple , I have been keeping fish for 15 years . I dont need her attitude and laziness its horrible work ethic . Also Ive seen her drop fish on the ground pick them back up and bag them for the customer . That is the worst thing you could do I get its just a fish but its cruel . Put it back in the tank to heal not further stress it by bagging it and risking it more then likely dying when in the customers hands causing an aweful experience for them as well . I could go on and on about this girl wished I knew her name but she is aweful aweful aweful

every fish I have EVER brought from these guys has had parasites and which keep infecting my aquarium. And when I return to buy API general cure or tetra parasite guard they never have any. Not only that there some of there display tanks were not working and there was loads of dead fish floating in with live ones infecting the tanks. So Im forced to go to Marietta to buy so I have stopped buying my fish and supplys from Douglasville petsmart and now go to PremierAquatics in Marietta.

Dont ever go in there EVER the workers are sooo rude and know barely any thing the lady we got was so attached to the pet we wanted that she wouldnt sell it to us and we did not have the right tank either OH NO our tank is waaay to small NO its not so we got her in the end and she has her fav CORNER she sits in all day long and I feed her every day and she is a healthy little pet : but bottom line I. AM. NEVER. GOING. THERE. AGAIN. and I dont recommend it to you

I shop this store weekly, spending nearly $100 a week. The store is nice & clean but WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS. Two weeks ago a $10 coupon I had was not scanned. Today, I was charged twice for one bag of cat food. He scanned it once, did some more items, and then scanned it again.

This is such an excellent store...always clean and friendly. In particular the reptile department is very knowledgeable and has gone beyond my expectations in their customer service. They have helped me so much in getting my reptiles set up and I am very grateful for them!

This was a horrible experience, the grooming department is terrible; all of the dogs looked terrified and when you go up to the counter it’s like you are going through airport security or the DMV. I walked out and will never go back.

Everyone who works has always been extremely nice. We frequent this place to get crickets for our geckos but recently adopted a dog. Jeff, the GM, was a huge help when choosing the right dog food for our new furry family member.
