I found out about this place online and was drawn to them because the we offering a little bit better price on a tk-75 flashlight that I had my eye on. Well I went for it because well who doesnt like to same money. When I mad my purchase and about 2 days later got a call saying they dont have that one new so I was offered a use floor model at a discount. So I said yes. Well I got the light and was soon to realize that it was the incorrect one. Well I was told that they would have to order it or I could get a refund so I opp. to wait for the new one. Well frustrating to say that they where unable to fill my order. Through out the 2 months and 1/2 of me having to call and call to see whats going on I am left with nothing. There comunication is the worst I have had till this date. Will never do any kind of business with them again. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Drove 5.5 hours to check out their stock. Like a mini REI full of goodies. Most, if not all of their website items are actually in stock at the store. The best part is you can touch everything to test it out before buying. They have a flashlight WALL full of every flashlight they carry online. Survival gear, knives for every budget, storage gear, etc. etc. Normally wouldnt be going to Atlanta on purpose, but this place was worth the drive.

Everyone in the store is wonderfully kind, and extremely knowledgeable. At checkout, I was given two morale patches, and two Rite in the Rain notebooks. The olight S15 I purchased there is a fantastic product, and functions well. Additionally, they have a 10% military discount, which helped me considerably. The selection is ample and well priced as well. Give Going Gear your business!

Terrible customer service. Been in there once a week for past 2 months. Today all the employees left me in the front of the store for 20 minutes. I went to the back and politely said excuse me to get someones attention and one guy made an "uuuuhhhh" noise. I turned around and walked out. Never going back. I was planning on making a $300+ knife purchase today.

Do you like to play with sharp pointy things? This is the only local physical store that I can think of where you can find a large selection high-end knives available for purchase. Of course, they have plenty of awesome outdoor stuff and a rather impressive selection of Maxpetition gear. The customer service is patient, and the prices are fair.

Truly hate posting this - I really, really wanted to do business locally. 2 issues - 1) Item not as described - advertised with batteries and was bare unit 2) Item was DOA They offered return - I am still out shipping both ways for something that was their issue. Ordered the same item from Amazon $2 cheaper with batteries and charger.

Wow. Its been a few months since Ive purchased anything from Going Gear and I have to say I forgot how great they are. I placed an online order three days ago and got free shipping. The item arrived this afternoon! Ive never had such great shipping that didnt cost me a dime. Keep being great Going Gear!

Small store packed with stuff! Youve got to check out the wall of flashlights! I bought a Olight S1 Baton and the guy threw in a CR123A battery for free. I also got a 10% discount for buying in store! Highly recommended!
