I am a Paul Mitchell hair student. Was not aware that a student card was REQUIRED, amongst any other form of stylist identification, in order to buy from the store, so I had come in to ask. The ones working were very rude and they told me since I did not have my card, I had to leave the store. Even while I was proceeding to just look around, they were over my shoulder as if I had some kind of ill intention. Once I was walking out, I heard the cashier making rude remarks. Cosmoprof is an amazing store, I just would not suggest this location, in particular. I did not appreciate the customer service.

I usually have no issues here but I encountered the manager/owner and she was beyond rude and unhelpful. Ill happily go to SalonCentric and stop giving business to CosmoProf. Thanks for helping me make that decision, maam!
