Went to Lush for the first time today. Im not the one to really post reviews, but I gotta be honest, I was blown away. The store was a tad cramped, and the prices were most definitely high. But that doesnt bother me because I came for the vegan, cruelty-free products, and thats what I left with. The staff were SUPER friendly. Nick, I believe his name was, was super helpful. Thank you Lush, never have I had such a good first experience at a store before! Ill be back!

The most wonderful staff at this location! Visited on Thursday Morning and Emily C. (The one with brown hair) Was SPECTACULAR! she was helpful, informative, and knew the answer to every question about every product I asked about! She offered us samples of products and we will be returning customers because of it! Not to mention, she was kind and overall great customer service skills! LOVED HER!

Been using Lush products for 8 years. The smell of the Karma lured me over to their counter at Macys in Kenwood. Glad they have the store at Liberty Center much closer to home!

I have had positive experiences here before but the last time I visited, the sales associates were rude. Also, the dry shampoo contains talcum powder which is a carcinogen
