The service was great and all but the lady gave me a blonde hair dye and said that the dirty blonde color will turn out 1 or 2 shades lighter. I color oopsed my hair and waited the time she told me to wait. My hair didnt turn out blonde at all it turned out dark brown almost black. Which really upsets me because I wanted my hair to be like a medium ash blonde. I will be going back when the store opens and hopefully we can resolve the situation. Not only did they say one thing and it turned out another but the older lady was talking down to me most of the time. Like I was an irresponsible teenager going no where in life. I do not like being treated that way. Hopefully the will refund me, as well as teach the sales women 1) not to treat your customers as suspects or low lifes. 2) actually know what their talking about and 3rd) not to promote something that is false. After my situation is handled I will never be going back to this location.

Excellent service and experiences. Always found what Ive needed, but Maggie will NOT stop talking to you. It took me ten minutes to leave and I was just nodding as I slowly backwards walked to the door.
