This is the best place to go for every beauty need I have. I shop at this particular location because the employees are very knowledgeable about the products, care about me as a customer and as a person. They go out of their way to teach me about products and techniques in a wonderful way that I havent experienced at any other store. All the employees are good, yet I want to mention Rita in particular. Rita is the best beauty consultant Ive ever experienced! She remembers customers by name, remembers what your specific needs are and gives better personal service than any department store. Ive tried them all in the past, but I only go to Sallys on Lowry Lane. They are the best! I suggest you ask for Rita: you will be thrilled with the results!

When my girlfriend and I went to go get some brown dye to change her hair color, the lady behind the desk kindly helped us choose out a color that fit my girlfriends roots. The lady behind the desk proceeded to give us the "correct" brown hair dye, which we bought. Admittedly, we should have checked the box before dying her hair, but we soon came to find out the lady behind the counter gave us blonde hair dye instead of brunette. I just think the people who work there should know the difference between blonde hair dye and brunette hair dye.

My favorite Sallys in the area. The thin girl with black bob haircut is always super friendly! She can answer any questions and is always in a good mood. I like that I always feel welcome in this particular store, and the store itself is always clean and organized.
