I have been to this salon a few times now and I have scheduled online every time. And everytime I come in there for my appointment they look at me like Im an alien and just say "did you schedule online"? And I say yes. I guess they are new to scheduling online but this has been over the course of like 8 months or so. They should pay more attention to the online customers, as those are their new customers coming in to check it out. They should be welcoming and act like they knew you were coming instead of almost being rude. The place is very outdated and old fashioned also. I had my eyebrows waxed during one of my visits and the corner where they do it at is not well lit so she missed a bunch of hairs. It is a good salon, they do a good job on my hair usually but I just dont feel welcomed there. The staff seems to be very new to not having the same customers all the time.

I started going to the hair connection about four years ago after I saw what a awesome job my daughters hair looked like. I live 25 miles from.the shop but it is so worth the drive. I want to tell you when my bff saw my hair after Nat did foil highlights and heard the price.. she also started getting hers done at The Hair Connection. Will never match the cost and the way you look out the door.,! ,,no kidding. Thank you Hair Connection for the great look I get and the affordable price. GERRIE

I have been going to this shop for years. Each stylist has a specialty, so no matter what style you want, no matter what type of hair you have, they can do it! They are all friendly and I love the decor. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable, way better than the big name salon/spas and I feel that I get the same if not a better result from the Hair Connection. My stylist is Natasha. Shes great at taking a few ideas and turning them into the perfect style.

Shes always done a fantastic job on my hair and I get compliments on it all the time. Her prices are affordable and the salon is clean and inviting. The truth is....I come from Va. so I can get my hair done here. My hair didnt even need highlighted today but havent been able to find anyone in Va that is as good as Natasha. Love love the Hair Connection. The cut and color is always done right and have never been unhappy with the end result and Ive been coming here for years.
