Not a professional and efficient run hardware store. These people lack basic communications skills needed in the business world. I ordered a specialty item 4 days ago, only to discover when I arrived they already had sold it out from under me. I repeatedly asked the guys if they wanted me to go ahead and pay for it upfront to ensure that its "mine" when it arrives Friday on the shipment truck. What a joke! I dont appreciate them wasting my time on 2 occasions. The employees couldnt communicate between each other to acknowledge that they ordered 1 handle for 1 customer.

Its a relaxed atmosphere, young guys hanging out with no uniforms but I really like the service. Especially if you need to get a key made or find someone theres always someone available to point you in the right direction. They also do chip keys which is very convenient!

Great service that you dont get at the big box stores. Someone meets you as you walk in and walks you to what you need... now that is old time service. Has stuff you wont find any other place.
