Very RUDE and NASTY lady name Debbie. Unpon arrival she was sitting in the back of the little space on her cell phone. Asked for some tape to tape the last side of my box close. She said she did not have any cause it went against the store. So I ended having to by some packing tape which cost 4.69 plus tax. Also asked for a lable to put on the box to address the box. She slides a black marker to me and says we dont give out lables here. I said well my normal post off has tape and lables. She like I dont know which post office that is but its not here. I stated it was the Trenton Ohio post office. So after I paid for shipping and the tape which I had to go up front to pay for the tape. I took the left kver tape minus the 12" I used and took it back to her and gave her the tape and receipt for the next person who needs tape. VERY VERY SAD WAY TO RUN A POST OFFICE........

BEWARE, if youre a POC, there is a racist old lady at USPS, wholl throw things rudely at you, and wont help you at all. And wont help if you ask questions NICELY. For example, after she gave a nasty attitude to us, she became nicer to all the Caucasians for some particular reason. And if you want a cheaper box over the one that measures weight, good luck getting it with her nasty old attitude. The manager wasnt a help at all, but the other employees were better and shouldve been the manager. Everyone BEWARE of the nasty old lady at USPS.

5-stars. staff was helpful the second i arrived. although the staff wasnt overly experienced on Stihl merchandise (the reason i went) they found the answers i needed and recommended where to get said part. they were apologetic when the part wasnt in stock and thanked me for stopping in. note: a section of the store is dedicated to Stihl which hasnt been there long. Im sure theyll get the training and be up to par in no time

closed at 9AM on the busiest day of the week? ohh, i forgot, its ohio and only the donut shop opens this early. i escaped ohio and every time i return i am reminded why i left. ACE is not a real hardware store, just pretending. dave flowers
