I have no complains about the store itself or the products they carry. However, the store manager RAQUEL is extremely rude, mean, and not helpful at all. She always has this expression on her face like she is mad at the world. It takes nerves to even come ask her a question, and her answer is usually "yes!" or "no!". I cannot even tell you how many people I know personally who avoid going to that particular location just because of her. We prefer driving further to the Alpharetta location where service is great and employees are helpful. With Raquel at the Norcross store you feel like running away and never coming back; I am serious. I would advise the regional manager to find a replacement for the store manager before you lose all your devoted customers.
