Ive been to other Sally Beauty Supply stores in Tallahassee, and this one has by far the worst service. While looking into purchasing an expensive product, I asked the saleswoman for assistance. She looked like it was such a bother for me to get some help from her, and every time I asked a question she would look at me like I was stupid for not knowing anything about it. She told me I had to buy a bunch of extra things for it to work (which I found out later were completely unnecessary), and I found out they were completely out of the things I actually needed. Everytime I call, they never have what I need, and--again--the saleswoman is unhelpful and has an attitude. Im done shopping here for good.

I have frequented Sally Beauty for years in different states and locations. And I been honestly say that if it werent for ONE associate that understand customer service, Id take my business elsewhere. The constant mistakes and rudeness of the brunette-in-training paired with the meaner associate makes those visits unpleasant. Especially when they further to give you your discount! Its very annoying, bit then refuse to ring it up again. The older blonde/gray-haired woman with glasses tells me of specials, sales, etc. that I buy just because she goes out of her way every time. Only reason I still spend money there.
