Its big and nice, with great variety of products. I have been coming for years even before their big upgrade. They are progressing nicely. But a few of those workers are so R-U-D-E. Sooo quick to follow you before even saying hello. It irks my nerves. I never walk in with a purse, I just walk in with my wrislet so they know there is NO possible way I will take anything. I think they are just paranoid because of an incident that happened a while ago, I remember seeing a picture of some woman in front of the store for such a long time, she was known as the wig thief, and from what I remember they have been acting funny ever since, so I get it but it still annoys me. There are more nice employees than the rude ones though. Despite being in my feelings about that little fact its still a nice store.

Their wasnt any headbands or pins to wear to a formal event like prom, quince, or a wedding. I guess most of their items are wigs and makeup. The makeup though is excellent very cheap! You can get nyx glitter eyeshadows, Milani, and other drugstore brands for a much lower price. Dont expect a wonderful Customer service. You have to ask an employee for questions. They wont welcome you or offer their help. Their much busy in the cashier or counting their money they made in the day. Im very disappointed because they have a lot of items just more of the basic necessities for your hair.

I purchased a pro concealer from this store and it gave me the worst skin burns under my eyes and on my face , I went back and nicely asked for a refund because on the receipt it clearly said 10 days and the product I purchased was TRASH she was so rude and disresptful . didnt end up getting my money back she didnt even apologize for selling me a fake product . I dont recommend this store to anyone , money is definitely not worth spending there & there are plenty of other beauty supply stores that sell the REAL product and where they treat you with respect !

I like this beauty supply. I honestly dont understand all the bad reveiws. Ive never felt like I was being watched or monitored, aside from the multiple cameras that are connected to the gigantic and multiple tv screens at the front of the store. I do feel like they are a bit over priced, but that may be due to the area in which it is located. One thing I have noticed though, is that twice, there was some sort of verbal disagreement in the wig department. **Also, dont buy Shea moisture products here. The price is twice as much versus the price at Target.

I HATE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. The staff are horrible I just wanted to return one thing but wouldnt let me.They are really cheap and dont care about there costumers at all. Once they even made me cry because I was giving them an attitude because they wouldnt return my cosmetics. Also I wanted to return something but they said you cant return cosmetics but my friend just went and returned it for me. NEVER SHOP HERE PLEASE

This beauty supply store recently treated me as if I was stealing. (Which I was not) I spend a good amount of money in this store, since it was very convenient to my office. I have shared my experience with others in the area as well as at my company. You cannot cater to a specific ethnic group and then think you can mistreat them based on your own ignorant bigotry and stereotypes.

Credit card scams I believe. Signed for a receipt for $5 more than the price of the total of all my items and way different than the price the cashier quoted. But she gave me the receipt with the correct price. How shady and it doesnt make any sense. Will not be visiting anymore. Please pay attention to what you sign. Thankfully I looked.

This is my go to beauty store. I live really close and they have everything even some not so common items. I have never had an issue with customer service here. They speak everytime I walk in and no one has ever followed me or made me feel unwelcome. The prices are average.

This is my go to beauty supply store. Very large selection of products. Customer Service is not bad, just usually non existent. They leave you alone. Ive never had any issues exchanging items, most hair places do not allow returns anyway. Their prices are okay.

Stuff is very rude I brought some hair didnt even have it 10 minutes before I realized it was the wrong hair they wouldnt give me my money back or in store credit.. I will never do business here again hell can freeze over before I shop here again

Very big store with a lot of selection. Its kind of your typical beauty supply store, just much larger. The prices are fair and the staff is not overbearing on customers like some shops can be.

Prices are extremely expensive. The price of Milky Way wet and wavy 18 in human for 1 pack is $80. Highway robbery. I can order 2 packs for that much.
