Me and my daughter was there tonight and there were two sales reps there. One of them asked us if we needed help as soon as we got in. We assumed that she really wanted to help so when we were checking out asked her A question on her opinion on what my daughter wanted to color her hair. She was the one who have acne scars all over her face (I dont want the other one to take the blame) and she was so rude and acted as if we were bothering her. I guess she was asking us to leave when she asked what we were looking for. I have always had good experience here but this was the worst ever. If you dont like your job please quit and dont make the customer experience such a horrible one.

I have been a hairdresser for 23 years, and have never been treated SO POORLY! I tried to return an item, and was given RUDE attitude from the beginning of the transaction. Things worsened when I told them that my phone number was unlisted for the return of the item. They refused to take my return and told me to go to another store to return it. I am a local salon manager, licensed Cosmetology Instructor,and licensed Cosmetologist . I am a Pro Card holder, had the receipt, and was within the time frame of the return policy. THESE WOMEN WERE A DISGRACE TO OUR INDUSTRY which is based on customer service and repeat business. I advise anyone to boycott this location at all costs.

I have been dealing with the manager who was supposed to pick up 10 units of a discontinued product from another store. It has been over a week and havent heard anything except for me calling to check. My guess is that they are out of the product by now and that even though i have been dealing with the manager i am not going to be getting this. I am very unhappy because she had offered to do this for me, i could have went to the other store and gotten for myself if i had known she was never going to do what she had said she would.

We went in this store yesterday and it will probably be the last time we shop there for anything. The lady working was absolutely rude. For example, I simply asked her a question about a type of hair clip (obviously, I called it the wrong thing, because she snapped my head off and corrected me as to what theyre actually called). The lack of customer service these days is an absolute shame. If you are that miserable, perhaps you shouldnt work in customer service.

Last night I went to exchange a nail polish at 8:30pm the store closes at 9pm. The worker was so rude with the worst attitude and I asked why she had this attitude if I wasnt asking her nothing just needed to exchange an item, she totally ignored me...very rude employee and made me feel so unwelcome. Something must be done with this girl, if she is unhappy at the job should be looking for other job. She is blonde long hair skinny.

The two ladies working were too busy complaining about customers that they didnt have time to see if I needed anything. Talk about making your other customers feel I uncomfortable! If this wasnt the only Sallys near me I would never step foot in this place. Hey girls, heres a hint: if you are talking mean about people you arent the "really nice person" that you are claiming to be.

I have shopped at this location for a long time and apparently they have a new employee whom is MOST HELPFUL! Her name is Mikayla and she is patient with us elderly folks and always has a smile on her face. I enjoy going in and seeing her because I know I will receive great customer service! Thank you Sallys for making such good employee choices!

Worst staff ... we have experienced some rasicm when we walked in to the store ... the white lean lady was so arrogant and not paying attention to wt we ask her and we have a kid with us but when the other lady walks in to the store being a white she was talking really good to her and she deliberately gave some treat to the kid... worst experience

Worst customer service I have received. Shocking when I was the only customer in the store and I ask the associate to help me and give an opinion -- she literally looked at me and walked away refusing to help. Terrible. I will never return to this store -- sad because I have always had great service at the store in Charlotte
