Me and my sister went into this chapel beauty going to find braiding hair. Unfortunately, they didnt have the kind we were looking for so we began to leave the store. As we were leaving and getting into our car an older Asian lady was looking very hard at us as if we had stole something. Just because we made no purchases and walked out empty handed does not meant we stole. Obviously she didnt know that we did have money and we werent looking to steal their merchandise. Im never going to this chapel beauty ever again. Customers shouldnt be watched over like a hawk and stalked while finding merchandise.

Horrible customer service. Nasty attitudes. The cashiers request to take possession your credit card when there is a machine in front to swipe payments. You can show them your ID and credit card. Do not hand them your credit cards. If you decline to allow the cashier to take possession your credit card, they pretend like they dont understand English speaking in their native Korean language. Am shopping somewhere else where there is professional courtesy and where English is spoken. Another customer complained that the store Employees followed them around the store as though they were thieves.

Website needs up dating! I came here at 7pm needed to pic up a few things. The website says it stays open until 9pm on Sundays!! Not true ! I Pulled into the parking lot the store has an open sign thats showing Bright Red on, But its dark with no other lights on and No one in the store either!! Bad for business! No one wants to make a blank trip bc u failed to update your website info!

Nice beauty supply store they have pretty much everything you can think of. I love there cosmetic section and jewelry most of which is only $1. Very organized but it is a lot to look at so it can be hard to find what you are looking for.

Chapel Beauty is my main beauty stop. Its a smaller version of the one on Candler Rd. Customer service is Fair, but the prices are reasonable. Its what youd expect from an African American aimed beauty supply chain.
