I came late night to shop at local CVS sore (01/20/2017 , 11:15 PM ) I had worst costumer service ever in this industry , I had to buy some type of over counter medicine I asked two pharmacist so where I should pay this she said since thats over counter medicine you should pay it at front cashier (both pharmacist they where laughing at me when I asked "can you please tell me how do I use this medicine )she told me I never used it so I dont know read instruction ( agree) but not with laughing this is unprofessional, long story short I was at front register "Demeckia"( thats what she told me for her name ) she said , "there is no available person can sell you this medicine "I ask her why ? it say behind box ID required must be above 18 years old and I Am 32 , any way after 20 minute Conversation I left store with empty hand ! and drive 15 minte to another CVS store wish I was there at the beginning and I purchased same item with no problem ! if this is the rule has to be apply to all stores , The second store I wen to he was regular cashier (I had conversation with him ) Demeckia behave yourself also you need more training !

The store and the staff in the store get 5 stars. However, the pharmacy leaves much to be desired. We just left after sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and not being acknowledge. I pressed the button several times and would have waited, but they pretended not to see us. This has happened multiple times in the last few months. We love having the pharmacy in our neighborhood, but after the recent change in hours and what appears to be a pharmacy in disarray we will be changing pharmacies.

I am now 2 weeks into NO DAILY MEDICATION FOR MY CHILD thanks to Obama "No Care," and CVS /my Doctors office passing the buck back and forth on who sent the prior authorization form so everyone is getting a crappy review from me. Now on my 8th phone call about this and sick of this b.s. Moral of the story. EVERYDAY in every way you will need to babysit your prescriptions if dropped off here and pray the work actually gets done that they claim to have done.

The pharmacy tried to label me as a drug seeker and a doctor shopper, when I had legitimate prescriptions. They scare doctors to and threaten to report them to the DEA because some pharmacy manger does not like the way someone looks who is obtaining a narcotic prescription. They look at you like a drug addict and they act as if they are your doctor when some do not even have PHD credentials. Please go somewhere else to fill your script

Today was my first time using this pharmacy, and it will most definitely be my LAST! Very unprofessional and rude. I was told that my sons prescription would be ready at 1:15. When I called to double check that it would be ready when I got there, they told me they had no knowledge of a prescription under my sons name. They told me that would fill it, but it wouldnt be ready until after 3:30. CRAZY right?!?!!!

Great Service! Sick kid at 1am, so the husband went to find a Nose Frida but was having trouble locating one in the store. He said a nice young man actually took the time to help him find it (nice looking young Black man with glasses, sadly didnt catch his name) and he was very grateful especially at that hour of the night. I always have good experiences when I go, pharmacy folks included.

Slow pharmacy cant even fill a fast mover prescription in four hours. An hour late, they finally looked and realized it was out of stock. Why the hell dont you know you are out of one of the fastest moving maintenance meds there are, and why didnt you stock up before the holiday? Walgreens is a very short drive from here.

They never EVER have my prescription ready when I arrive. Every time I go to get my refill I always end up waiting upwards of 30 min while they "expedite" it. Ive requested it to be filled and gave them 2 HOURS to get it ready before I showed up. It still wasnt ready!!

When I get sick with a cold or cough I visit the minute clinic. Ms. Celeste is wonderful, caring and kind physicians assistant. My six year old and my husband also use the clinic. It is so convenient and easy. I highly recommend this particular Minute Clinic.

Website said opens 24-hours but last time I came they were closed. They are convenient because they always have the med you need, but not very accommodating even when theyre at fault. I take most of my business across the street now.

The pharmacy is NOT 24 hours. Left the hospital late and needed my meds filled. I Google search 24 hour pharmay and this CVS came up! The store is open all night. NOT THE PHARMACY
