Very poor customer service. On Christmas day my child got sick and our doctor sent a prescription. I was on hold 2x 30 min to get to speak to someone. They told me they didnt have it. I called the doctor and she said she had left a message for them since noone picked up the phone. I called the pharmacy again, waited 50 min and they hung up on me. After that decide to call customer service, they transfered me 4 times and finally got to the pharmacy and the hung up again. Called 2 more times, same thing. Finally asked for a store manager, unfortunately disnt get his name. Spoke to him, he kept telling me how busy they were. All I wanted was to talk to someone and ask if they can tell me how long before the prescription is filled. The manager was not very polite, it felt as almost it was my fault they were so busy. He promised to check with the pharmacy and call me back. Never called back. Overall I spent 1/2 day trying to figure out my childs medicine, but got it sent to Kroger and was ready early next day when they opened. Good job, Walgreens. You lost me as a customer. Well done.

The pharmacy is a joke. If you want someone handling medication for you that could care less about you, then go here. A group of incompetent, inconsiderate employees. Avoid the pharmacy here. They do not know what they are doing! After hours of waiting on a medication for a child that was in the hospital all day, I go in to check on it, and was told sorry your insurance doesnt cover it so we didnt fill it. They never thought to call and tell us that. How long would we have waited if we hadnt checked?! Now its too late to take the prescription anywhere else. So our child will suffer all night until we can get somewhere else to fill it in the morning. All they has to say was sorry, that happened before they were on shift... how inconsiderate!

The service at this location is ridiculous. People have no clue what they are doing. I took a passport photo and requested it to be placed on a CD. I paid for it and was asked to come back in 30 min to pick it up. At home I discovered that the CD was empty. When I called them it took forever how to figure out the issues and I was told they do not do that type of service there (i did it a month ago). They sold me an empty CD and I had to wait for 30 min to get it.

Ive been going to this pharmacy for 3 years, Ive never had issues until this past year. Every time I need to pick up a prescription, they lost the script, their system is down, they wont honor a doctors coupon, or "thatll be an hour wait" but if you stand in the lobby and stare at them theyll give it to you in 10 min. Seriously thinking about moving my prescription to Publix across the street. My husband NEVER has issues with Publix, and Im tired of the hassle

My girlfriend had an operation on her ankle after being up all night because of nervous about her operation. We dropped off the script at 2:23 pm. We were told 90 minutes It has now almost 2 hours and still they dont have it ready. She is in a lot of pain and the waiting line at the drive thru pharmacy is full of other frustrated customers. Unacceptable and you lost a formerly loyal customer. Good job, morons.

Bad customer service. Pharmacists on that particular walgreens dont do their job. They dont communicate to help you. They ask you to come back just to find out that they did nothing and lie in your face. They supervisor is so rude. Very bad experience. I cant recommend anyone to drop their prescription their!!! RUN!!!

The Walgreens is good but lately has been understaffed and unable to adequately handle the increase in customers over the last few months. HIGHLY suggest Walgreens look into expanding the pharmacy. Its the only 24-hour pharmacy in the area and the surrounding suburbs continue growing in population density.

Pharmacist was extremely helpful. The dose of the medicine I needed is out of stock with the manufacturer. She called other pharmacies in the area to see if they had it. When they didnt worked with me and on call physician at my dr office to get different me slightly different dose.

They refused to fill a prescription with a GoodRX coupon which they are contractually obligated to take. Lady seemed annoyed at me & not the situation, she called the manager who also said no & I had to escalate it with GoodRX, still dont have my meds.

24 hours pharmacy , i like this place . Very helpful staff, even its 1 am in morning they were up with smile and ready to help. people should appreciate their 24 hours service instead throwing critics. Thank you Walgreens.
