This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. I will NEVER go back to this hell hole. You are treated like dirt and disrespected in every way. Beware of the male pharmacist at night. He doesnt do his damn job and is very condescending. He screws up your prescriptions on purpose and has the nerve to call the customers dumb. If this was the last pharmacy on earth and I needed medicine or I would die, I would rather die than see these idiots.

Theyve always been courteous to me. They are pretty organized and not too rushy rushy, which is nice. If you go to the one in Decatur, however, the male tech there is absolutely horrendous to deal with. Tons of attitude, condescending tone and manner, eyerolling when he doesnt get his way (yes, like a teenager)....The pharmacist herself is ok but I have no idea how that tech still has a job after all the ridiculousness I encountered.

Wait time is always rediculous at the pharmacy, inside or the drive-thru. They really need to work on it. I waited in the drive thru for 15 min, only to get to the window and be told I will need to wait another 10 min. Absolutely rediculous!

Takes forever to answer phone calls at the pharmacy if at all. Best to just go there with your questions. The store is nice, clean and has variety. They need more associates available to assist customers.

Went in there 7-29-16 around 10pm, a customer was cursing out the cashier and the manager did absolutely nothing!!!!!!! I have had it at this Walgreens!!!!! Bad, Bad customer sevice!!!!!!!!!!

horrible service - they refuse to answer the phone if there is anyone in line.. I waited on hold for an hour and called to speak to the manager. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful
