This place is ridiculous. Dropped off a prescription and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Then they said, oh sorry, the insurance website is down so it will probably be more like an hour. I called back in an hour and they said the website was still down. Not their fault, right? So it was fine with me to wait. They said my prescription would automatically be filled as soon as the website came back up and I would be notified by text when my prescription was ready. So I waited a day and a half and still hadnt heard from them. Called back and she checked the website and said, "Oh yes, it is back up." So why hadnt my prescription gone through automatically like they said it would? She pushed it through and said it would be ready in about an hour. She was very rude when I asked if there was any chance of her getting it ready any sooner than an hour since I had already waited a day and a half and I was about to go out of town. She just said, "It will be an hour." No apologies or concern at all for the fact that now I cant get my meds before leaving town and have to go 4 days because they didnt follow through. Then I get a text that the prescription she just told me would be ready in an hour is out of stock and they will text me when it is ready. Why did she not know that when I spoke with her a few minutes earlier? This same pattern of problems continued until I finally just transferred the prescription to another pharmacy which was extremely helpful and had the medicine ready for me within a few hours. One thing after another with this CVS and they were rude and unhelpful. Never using this pharmacy again.

I am a new resident in the area and I parked in the lot and went into the store. I waited a while and and the environment wasnt that great I guess and I learned they didnt have the drugs I needed in stock. Anyways, I bought a drink and a candy bar and went for a short walk around the road to check in a lobby at an Apartment complex about their availability. I came back and their was a boot on my car. A heavily tattooed guy in a white t shirt I may as well expect to buy drugs from came up and said I had to pay $95 because I violated the off the property policy. I tried to explain Id bought something at the Pharmacy but didnt have my receipt with me and he wasnt having any dice. I felt very uncomfortable and so just paid up and left. I am never coming back to shop anywhere on this crummy block.

I stood at the consultation line for 10 minutes only to be completely ignored. I could see they were all busy, but not one of the pharmacy technicians even bothered to even say "hello we"ll be with you shortly", let alone make eye contact with me. I work in the service industry and understand the concept of being engaged in a task while people are waiting, and there is no excuse for just ignoring people unapologetically. Very rude. Will not be returning or filling prescriptions here in the future. I recommend McKinneys Apothecary for anyone who actually wants friendly attentive service. Its right down the street with a parking deck that is free and will not boot your vehicle. Very disappointed.

This one has to be bottom of the barrel. I used to live one block over; so, I know it well. I guess my hatred is mainly aimed at the pharmacy. I lost count of how many times they flat out lost a prescription that was called in. If they succeeded in not losing it, they were always hours late - Id wait 4 hours, to give them time-o-plenty... only to show up and theyd misplaced it. "Ok, sorry, it should be ready in about an hour now." I like CVS fine. I cant remember having any problems at any other location. This one exudes ineptitude.

I cannot describe to you how amazing this pharmacy is but, ill give it a try. Anytime that I have to get a prescription filled here the technicians and pharmacists give me the time and attention that I deserve. They always seem to be extremely busy but that does not stop them from going the extra mile to ensure that each patient (including myself) has the correct medication when they need it. This is by far the best pharmacy this side of the Mississippi.

Pharmacy service is horrible. I have used this pharmacy only twice and both times have been annoying. Once they could not fill a prescription within the two hours as promised. So I had to pick it up the next day. The other time, I waited for more than 45 minutes for a flu shot after being told that it would be only 20 minutes, and they could not say how much longer it would take. So I walked out. I will not waste anymore time there.

Bad pharmacy service. Snappy overworked undereducated employees. All tripping over each other in tiny area. Not good selection of drugs on shelf. No chairs for disabled. Back door by pharmacy always broken. CVS Emory & Dekalb Medical much better. Front end employess nice and capable. Just hate the grumpy pharmacy. Moved Rx to helpful Publix pharmacy.

Takes forever to fill prescriptions. If doctor authorization is required for a refill expect having to call them a couple of times before it gets sorted. When you get there to pick it up (next day, mind you), they tell you its not ready. So theyre the opposite of what youd call on top of it. I guess theyre just too busy or something.

I will NEVER use this location because going in there to buy a drink cost me a $95 boot fee. I was in the store for 5 minutes but because I walked up to the store on the sidewalk and not through the parking lot, the boot company - Castle Parking Solutions said I left the property and booted me. CVS is complicit in this scam.

Not a fan of CVS, but this is the best one close to Decatur. The one by Winn Way is a disaster - dont go there as an alternative. Considering how busy the pharmacy is they do a great job. Keep your receipts or your car will get booted. What is with all the predatory landlords and property companies on West Ponce?

The staff in the main part of this store are great, but I have yet to meet a member of the pharmacy staff who isnt unpleasant. They seem to delight in wasting my time, and the usual lie is that my prescription will be ready "in about ten minutes." I just left after 50 minutes, still without my prescription.

The store staff are very helpful and pleasant. Some of the pharmacy staff are rude and are unhelpful. The most helpful is the pharmacist when asking questions regarding a medication. Because most of the staff at the pharmacy dont want to deal w/your questions.

My experience was awful. I lost my stylus to my brand new note 4 and when I asked did someone see it I was told yes they had it but after 5 minutes they said it may have "disappeared." Im very upset and the workers there are some thieves!!!
