Cashier Amber told me the pharmacist Hilary didnt want to fill my prescriptions. Walgreens cashier Amber put wrong name on my prescriptions. I had to turn around go back to the store to correct, that when Amber got irate and said she will give me refund cause she has a bad attitude ... I know is against state regulations to refund mess, Amber decided she wanted to threaten me and come from behind the counter another Walgreens employee intervene and told her not to. The pharmacist Hilary said nothing.... This Walgreens has been the worst pharmacy I have visited.. Amber also said that the pharmacist didnt want to fill my prescriptions and deny me service. Which left me dumbfounded cuz I never heard of someone in pharmaceutical company denying someone thats ill their medication....IF You WANT BAD SERVICE and to be profiled and stereotype.... Then visit the Walgreens at 3740 CASCADE RD SW ATLANTA!!

Surgeon called in my prescription at the 11:48am and I arrived at 1:49pm. I was told they havent received it. Then she says we dont accept Wellcare! You knew that when you took my card! So unprofessional and rude all the time! I have to drive to Buckhead monthly to get my kids prescription from Kroger!!! Courteous, friendly and fast! I will never in my life go to this Walgreens. Being that ur in a predominantly black area u would think they would take mostly all insurances! Oh well if I could do no stars I would! Headed to Kroger on Cascade!!!

The absolute worst Walgreens ever. The older lady who works at the register is ALWAYS RUDE! I went in today to buy some dove body wash. As I was waiting on the card reader to tell me to remove my card from it the old lady snatched my card out and rushed me. They need to teach her better customer service skills. I will be calling corporate.

Came in yesterday and was check out by Rodney very unprofessional wasnt knowledgeable of things in the store or how to enroll for Walgreens card i wanted the sales he proceeded to ask unnecessary question and had to ask for a bag for my tissue he says u really need a bag ugh yes i want a bag for my tissue...he was just too lazy for me

This location is simply painful. The wait times are excessive even if you call a refill in hours ahead of time. I have even called ahead, was told it was ready and still had to wait 15-20 minutes in the drive through. Not once but this happens enough times that I am moving my business to another location.

Had an emergency on New Years Eve, whoever I talked to seemed to have an attitude and was very nonchalant about my situation. Thanks Walgreens on Cascade for the terrible customer service.

The line to the pharmacy may be long but it is open 24 hours. The wine selection is ok and they have good sales.
