The pharmacy is absolutely terrible! The first time I had a prescription filled with this Walgreens I waited in line for over 20 minutes behind 1 car. When I finally got to the window they informed me that they were out of stock. However, they had 1 week from the time I called in the prescription to the time I picked it up to call and inform me of the issue. Instead I had to find another Walgreens to fill my script at. I placed that same script on automatic refill for the 1 year period that the prescription was good for. I received a call saying my prescription was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store at 5pm on Saturday (they close at 6) they told me that my script had expired and that I needed a new one in order to get my medication. A call would have been helpful earlier in the week to let me know! Instead I have to wait until Monday to have my time sensitive medication called in again. Whatever system they use doesnt work! The pharmacy tech didnt even try to help me find a solution to my problem. They have terrible customer service! The only redeeming quality to this store is the cashiers who are always kind and helpful. Do not use the pharmacy at this Walgreens!

POOR SERVICE from the PHARMACY!!! Ill be moving my prescriptions somewhere else. My wife submitted a prescription around 3 pm after leaving the doctors office with my 5 yr old son. He wasnt feeling well so she didnt come back out. I made it there around 7 pm after work and sat behind ONE care in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I decided to back my car up and go inside. The pharmacist informed me that they were OUT OF STOCK. Thats not the problem. The problem is that they failed to call me or my wife to inform us after 4 1/2 hrs.. Meanwhile, my 5 yr old is at home waiting to get his medicine. I had to scurry across town to the next Walgreen that has the prescription in stock before they close at 8pm. So unacceptable. I know its standard practice for pharmacies to keep you advised about issues with childrens prescriptions.

This is the second time in two months that I have tried to schedule an online appointment for the Take Care Clinic at Walgreens, it will take you to the reason for your visit but will not let you past this point. Why have a schedule ahead system if it doesnt work
