THIS PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE! I took them THREE days to fill only ONE prescription for me. The first day I went to get it filled, they said my prescription was out of stock but they would get a new shipment in first thing the next morning. Okay that was fine. The second day I went to get it, 3 hours after they opened. I figured that would give them enough time to fill it. NO! They apologized and said they would fill it right away. Okay that was fine. But then they came back and told me they couldnt fill it because the date on the prescription was for tomorrow and not today. I guess they arent aware of the fact that doctors and insurance companies allow pharmacies to fill a prescription three days in advance. Wal-Mart does, Walgreens does, Publix does...any other pharmacy will. So anyway, they told me to come back tomorrow and theyd have it filled for me first thing in the morning. Ok so the third day I come to get it, a few hours after they open, and my prescription still was not filled. I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled. 20 minutes is not a long time to wait, but it is if you were promised it would be ready for you before you came to get it. I WILL NEVER GET PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE AGAIN.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have even been to. Ive been there 3 times this week to pick up my prescriptions from the drive-thru and have left 3 times without picking them up due to sitting in line for 30 minutes without the line moving at all. The pharmacy staff has been mostly pleasant, though Ive gotten smart attitudes and lack of service on occasion. I wouldnt waste my time here, they give off the impression that they could give two poops less if you enjoy using their business or not. Id go to the Walgreens down the street or use a nearby Kroger facility. Ive actually been given incorrect prescriptions from this location as well.

This CVS in Powder Springs meets all my needs. The staff in the front is very helpful and knowledgable. The cashiers always greet me when I walk in the door. They even show you how to get coupons before they ring you up - they have a price checker machine that prints out coupons when you scan your CVS card.

I have been going to the CVS pharmacy on New Macland Rd for years. It has everything you want in a drug store - very clean, friendly staff and pharmacists you can trust. I am a customer for life!

This store is no longer at this location. It has moved to 2091 Lost Mountain Road, Powder Springs. It is across the street from the strip mall where Marcos Pizza is located.
