Horrible! Do not use this CVS. CVS Pharmacy in general is pretty bad, but the one on Joe Frank Harris Parkway is the worst. The people who work in the pharmacy are very rude, especially the actual pharmacist. I have always asked to be taken off of auto refill, and to update my address, and they refuse. I was told my prescription would be ready at a certain time. When I go to pick it up after I get an alert that it is ready, and they have not even started. They say it will just be 10 more mins, so I wait there for 25 mins and they still have not even started on it. EVERY TIME I go in there, there is an issue, and every time they try and make it the customers fault. EVERY TIME! Please do not even get started with this pharmacy, choose another. Any pharmacy will be better than this CVS. The store itself is great, but the pharmacy is HORRIBLE!

Dropped a prescription off and was told 2 hour wait. I knew they were busy so I left and returned 3 1/2 hours later only to find out that they didnt have my DOB(which the lady I dropped it off to wrote on the prescription along with the 2 hours note!). I took it from them because then they said it would be 3 more hours to wait. Not gonna be out til midnight waiting on a simple cough syrup and antibiotic that should have been ready to begin with. One monkey wont stop their circus, but I will not be back.

Tell you prescription will be ready by specific date, call on that date and they tell you it will be ready by next day, call back next day, they tell you it will be ready next day, call back next day and they tell you it will be ready by next day, call back next day and they tell you it will be ready next day and so on and so on.....

The worst. Asked pharmacist to suggest OTC med for cough & chest congestion. He didnt listen. I repeatedly tried to tell him my symptoms. He didnt have a clue. Handed me something for runny nose which I didnt have. As I said, the worst. Will not go in there again. Had to go to a different pharmacy to have someone listen.

By far worst cvs in town. The pharmacist are very rude, they discriminate every single time and always call me to tell me my prescription is ready and when I drive all the way down there they say its not and raise their voice.
