I have never encountered such horrible customer service as I have here. Ever. I called this location to check on a specific med since my normal location was out. The person who answered in the pharmacy was rude, and explained to me that it wouldnt be ready for pickup today because they closed at 6pm, it was 5:22. I get there at 5:30, walk in instead of waiting at the drivethru and the same pleasant "person" is clearly having an awesome day, asks me what time tomorrow would I like to pick it up. I tell her I just called and was told it would take 30 mins to fill, etc. She tells me someone just dropped off 2 Rx..the other male pharmacist talks over her a s says itll be ready by 6. I walk out, get back in my car and plan to wait in the drive thru (had digs in the car). The male pharmacist tells me "You cant wait there! Go around and itll be ready at 6! We close at 6!!!" I dont know what kind of day you had, but if you cant act like professional adults then stay home or pick a job where you dont have to interact with the public. Ill be writing a letter to the location manager as well. Good day you two ass*oles.

Worst CVS Ive ever dealt with, and due to health concerns of my wife and kids, Ive dealt with a lot of them. Scripts are never ready on time. Ive dropped of a script at literally 9am to come back at 6pm and find out its still not ready. And if you show up anywhere within 15 minutes of them closing, forget about it. All the pharmacy techs can think about is leaving work and not your 4 years old child who just came from the ER and needs to start taking his antibiotic or steroid that he was just prescribed.

Ive been to a lot of cvs stores/pharmacies, but this location has the MOST RUDIESTTTTT (if thats a word), unsympathetic, ignorant pharmacy employee. HOW many low scores does corporate need, before they change the staff? I called to verify what time they close, the chick (not woman) said we close at 930, we close in 30 minutes. I KNOW how to tell time, sounding like she was chewing gum.....UGHHH! Im switching pharmacies.

Bravo to all the improvements made at our CVS! I was shocked with everything I witnessed today. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile, yes A SMILE. The store was fully stocked and clean. The employees were helpful and did I mention they were smiling?? I hope this passes the word along that Mableton CVS is a store worth shopping at now. March 05, 2015

I used CVS for years over in Smyrna and never had any problems. Moved to Mableton and had to switch to Kroger. The pharmacy employees are by far the rudest I have EVER dealt with! The people in the front of the store are great but I will never use the pharmacy again. Do yourself a favor and fill your scripts elsewhere.

The pharmacy customer service is awful. Prescriptions are never ready and the staff is rude and unorganized. The lead pharmacist is one of the most unprofessional individual Ive ever encountered. I made complaints to the store manager and nothing changed. Had to take my prescription elsewhere.

The pharmacy is severely understaffed. The employees seem overworked and understandably frustrated. I have been going to CVS for about 15 years, but seeing how terribly the staffing is managed and how much it has impacted customer service over the years, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Go to any other CVS, this one is a pain to deal with. When they screw up, they attempt to tell you how you could have prevented it, as if its my job to tell them how to do their job. That makes for terrible customer service by way of blaming the customer when your employees arent trained.

Do not go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist by name of Cynthia tampered with 2 of my prescriptions and was very rude. She has been reported to Corporate and I issued an official complaint against her with Board of Pharmacy.

Slow and unorganized pharmacy. The worst Ive experienced! They dont know what they have in stock and you are very likely to have wasted time dealing with them, my doctor wont even send prescriptions to this location!
