I have been going to walgreens for 10 years now. I just moved 2.5 miles from that walgreens and cvs is within walking distance so I thought Id give it a try. Went there and they didnt have the prescription in stock. Said that they would order it and it would be here the next day. Went to go get it the next day and they said that the manufacturer no longer has any of it it is on back order and I could only get it at a local mom and pop drug store and that walgreens wouldnt have it. I called Walgreens and they had it. This medication was for my newborn so I was really upset with them. Not to mention they were rude. I thought Id give them another try and went there today. Again, they didnt have one of the prescriptions in stock. And again drive through lady was rude / not very happy or friendly. Went to Walgreens and they had all of my medications. No longer going back to CVS for pharmacy needs.

Went to the desk to verify they had the prescription and they did so I went to ask if they needed insurance information and they lady cut me off and assume she knew my question!!! I told my mother we will give them the out of state when we picked up the prescription. We walked in the store for ten minutes and then sat down for 5 minutes. We left to go to lunch and I call to see how long it will b and the lady said she thought we were not going to get it so she didnt process it!!!! I told her to process it and we were getting it regardless of the price with or without insurance!!!!!

I truly despise going to this location. I waited over 10 minutes to check out (and the lady was fooling with the photo machine) and finally gave up. I came back the next day and same thing. Ive been working in the area for over a year and go out of my way to avoid this location.I have never seen employees try so hard to not work hard and lumber around and whisper to you when you say "Hello". Also, how can a store remain littered with boxes and garbage for a year? Clean up the place, wake up and work hard for your living. I wouldnt send a enemy there as a prank.

This location texts me Rx are ready to p/u, then when I go to p/u they tell me its not ready even though its awaiting me in the bin. When I insist my Dr called it in on a specific date, all they do is look it up on their computer and insist it wasnt called in. I point it out that its their responsibility to contact the Dr, not mine, under the contract between CVS & Emory, they still leave me hanging. They are the most inept pharmacists Ive ever had to deal with. I wish I had an alternative!

Pharmacy is a mess 4 girls working dont answer phone surgeon left message they didnt even check till I called an hour later told me It would be ready in 30 min and I arrived an hour and a half later told me I didnt have a prescription then they saw it told me it hadnt even been processed at all and had to wait in pain for 45 min. Hey CVS why dont you hire some competent pharmacists?! These girls were terrible and loudly gossiping when whole time I was there. Very unprofessional

Minute Clinic is joke. After spending the morning waiting I was told to use OTC meds and come back in 5 days and pay them again for a Rx if I wasnt feeling better. I left but came back to demand my money which I was deferred to a corporate number which is closed on weekends. I ended up having to go to another clinic which easily diagnosed the sinus infection and had me on my way to the pharmacy in no time. Thanks to perimeter clinic buckhead! real doctors. Less wait time.

The parking lot is full of trash. The inside is old and unkept. The staff is aloof. I waited a full 5 minutes at the counter to drop off a prescription and was completely ignored. Not even a simple glance or recognition. Watched one of the pharm techs complain about the lady in the drive through. Terrible. I used to use the minute clinic here but not sure if I still would. This place is very sketchy.

Awful CVS. Each time I go, there is one register opened with one person standing off to the side saying they cant get into their register for some bull reason. And each time I go and get something that is on sale their awful computer system doesnt register it so after waiting 20 minutes for these morons to get it together, I have to then wait for them to price check. GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER CVS.

Worst service i ever experienced in cvs. I received a money gram for 70 bucks. I asked the cashier for a $30 money order and the rest in cash. Instead of giving me what i askes for, the cashier jus gave me a $70money order. When i explained i wanted a 30 dollar one, they wanted to charge me for their mistakes. Never again will i go to that cvs. Worst customer service i recieved

This CVS is awful. The people are rude, and clueless. They fired all the real techs and seem to be using just random new hires now. They close the pharmacy up at 6pm now on the weekends which makes it so hard to get things you need if you dont work a normal schedule. Stay away unless you just dont have another option.

This pharmacy is open 24 hours a day(unlike most others). They have a lot of customers, but they are very kind and it is clear the employees are working hard. You feel that they actually care about your needs(unlike the CVS on Clairmont!) Just drive the 3 more minutes to this CVS.

There is always a wait and I always have issues with products ringing up for the wrong price. Do the workers ever face their merchandise? All the shelves are always in disarray. The bathrooms are so dirty and unclean. At Walgreens they clean their bathrooms nightly.

Got a test done in the minute clinic and had to have it sent out for testing. I never got a call or text to tell me that it was positive or negative. Then got a bill for it and now having to fight with Quest Diagnostics and CVS to see where the error happened.

This CVSs pharmacy was 24 hours but they are keeping bankers hours now; making it difficult for people like myself who have an irregular schedule. The next closest CVS that has a 24 hour pharmacy is too inconveniently located to be a viable regular option.

If i could leave no starts i would...... worst customer service iv ever seen from any industry. Rude.... I would rather drive miles out of my way than come back here (closest pharmacy to my home.) Please save the world the headache and close your doors

Pharmacy has one person working, tried to ask the guy a simple question and he looks at me when I was standing there patiently and fast walks while putting his hand up to my face and says I cant and walks away wtf?

The pharmacist, Ebony, was extremely helpful and patient with me. I am greeted coming through the door and receive fast and effective help when needed. I always leave with a smile.
