I spent good money in that store i beengoingtherefor over 5 yrs!I asked for something specific color behind the counter twice just to find out I had purchased the wrong color after leaving out. i come right back in and she refused to switch it for what I asked for even though I never said anything about getting my money back she refused so I ended up Waisting money in that store on something I cant ever use. So I guess is my fault she dont understand English. If you want to waist money. ..please shop here P.s. loyalty means nothing to her

I come here all the time she is very nice even though they are a little more expensive then most beauty supply stores, they do have a huge variety of hair, and everytime I go in there my bag alerts but when I walk out it doesnt it kinda gets to me because I dont steal but she knows that but for the most part I really like the store wish it was bigger kinda tight and we have to get on the floors to look at more hair. Great Ppl

They stuff is priced too high for some things. The customer service is bs. Im a customer and the woman wouldnt put her phone conversation down long enough to ring me up and treat me as though my business nattered. Thats ok i will not be returning this is the third time.

Great price for great hair/ products! Even though this is a family business, prices are better than big companies and stores. Great atmosphere and friendly people! 10/10 would recommend

Cheap hair equals bad quality hair. They must do an extra set of processing to their hair. Its noticably cheaper quality compared to other stores.
