This is my first review ever leaving and I feel very strongly about it. I never like to do this but I feel really upset about my experience today. I have went to this pharmacy for a long time. I wanted to stay here due to the customer service being really good and for convenience until today. I experienced the worse customer service EVER. Phil in the pharmacy was so rude to me when I was asking for my childrens medications to have an automatic refill. First he needed me to specifically tell him all of the medications they were taking and that needed the automatic refills. Fine whatever I can do that. THEN while telling him what medications needed the automatic refill his tone and comments were so rude. Phil because of you I have decided to switch over to a pharmacy that is respectful to their customers. I think you should consider switching to another job. Using the excuse of your busy with 120 orders to be rude to me is unacceptable. You wont have 120 orders to keep filling for long with that customer service.
