24 Hour Pharmacy does not only mean this poor excuse for a pharmacy is open 24 hours, also means you have to wait 24 hours for them to fill a prescription. My wife who recently gave birth to our child had severe pain and needed a compound prescription mixed. First, of 3 visits, they told us it needed to be mixed overnight. We were okay with that because they told us all the compounds are mixed overnight. I went over there a second time on my lunch break the following day (wife still in pain) to be told they didnt get to it overnight and it would be ready in 30 minutes. I needed to get back to work so I left, came back 5 HOURS later, and they said it STILL wasnt mixed and that it would be another hour. I asked them for the prescription back after voicing my frustration and I will never be back to a Walgreens. Horrible. I wish I would have looked on here before choosing Walgreens Pharmacy. Dont waste your time!

So after them having my daughters prescription for hours(for asthma and strip throat). I get there, and the gentlemen tells me they dont take my insurance. Someone (whom NEVER came to the window, And kept calling me sir.) then proceeds to tell me that Walgreens called my phone earlier. Strange that no one has left a voicemail nor have they called because my phone has not rung once. Horrible service very disappointed with my visit. Use to be with Walgreens for years and the very reason i quit going is because they could never come correct FOR MY PRESCRIPTIONS. THEN I GET TO CVS AND THE MAN CVS TELLS ME THAT THE MEN FROM WALGREENS WAS JUST CALLING AFTER 35 MINUTES!!!! Granted the man i spoke with i never seen but was nice. They lied said they could fill the perception, and never called and said they couldnt fill it. waste of allot of my time

Clerks are always nice. The problem is the pharmacy clerks need a lot of training before they work with the public. Pharmacy is always short handed . I can not trust the pharmacy to be open 24 hrs. When they are short a pharmacist the District Manager should fill in and if he is not a pharmacist then he should be in order to better serve the customers !

If there was an option to do no stars I would have selected that. Ive been on hold for 30 damn minutes for a simple question regarding my prescription . cant possibly see how this pharmacy is still in business, the lack of pharmacy staff is appauling.

The workers are this store are friendly and helpful, but there are not enough of them - I always have to wait for 3-4 minutes before being waited on, especially at the photo desk. Also, the photo machines seem to break down frequently.
